I placed an order for some custom guitar picks with Clayton Custom Picks. A couple days went by an I had not received any confirmation E-mail. I did take a screen shot of the confirmation order when it was placed. Went back to their site and contacted though chat, and requested a confirmation that they had my order. The next day I found that the confirmation email was flagged as spam. Anyway, received the picks a couple days later. First thing noticed that my name was misspelled. First thing, I checked my saved file on there site, spelling was correct. Contacted again through chat, after a while of numerous issues with pulling up my order, was told that it was my fault. After sending the screen shot of my order confirmation, was told that someone would contact me and ended the chat. The next day got an email telling me i misspelled my name, and sent me a pic of what was supposed to be what I ordered, misspelled. I then rechecked my saved file on their site, all of a sudden, its misspelled. I sent a screenshot again of my order, they still say the fault is not on their end. Talked to two different people, they tell me to send the pics back, they will refund my money. I just want the picks I ordered. They will not recognize that I have proof of my order, nothing. They will only say, "send us your address and we'll send you a postage paid envelope". I do not trust them, too many Red Flags. I have sent the screen shot of what I ordered at least four times, and I have included on every email, my name, address, email, and phone number. I really don't think there reading my emails. Back when it was Steve Clayton Custom Picks, there was not a problem.

We made every attempt to make this customer happy. We offered a full postage paid label for the return and offered a full refund. The customer refused to return the picks as admitted in his review. We do not offer refunds or replacements unless the product is returned back to us.
