  Our Jacuzzi installers **** and ****** made the whole process easy, and they were prompt, professional and did a beautiful job. There were unforeseen problems as there are with any remodel. ************* were able to direct us to someone who could fix the problem and our remodel was done before our company showed up.Know at the start that Jacuzzi is expensive and at least the salesperson we dealt with said whatever was necessary to make a sale. Jacuzzi does not fix most problems found regarding leaks around windows and they don't replace the insulation they take out of the walls. If told **************** only come in clear glass, know frosted glass is available. All that being said, the Jacuzzi product and care taken in installation was worth the price to us.

  This is a great big thank you from both ***** and ***. We discovered that the controls for the shower were out of my reach (Im in a wheelchair). Your installers saw the issue and told us they needed to redo it. Thanks to ****** and ***** Great Job!!

  I scheduled my shower install months in advance. And the day before the agreed date, they said they had to push the date back because they didn't have the door right door. Then, when they came at the rescheduled date, they didn't have the right door still, and apparently the door they sold me was just incompatible with the shower size. So they ended up leaving me with a curtain rod and refunded part of the cost of the door.****** was supposed to be 30"x48", but ended up being about 29"x45.5". They didn't tell me the measurement was from the stud in the wall, not the actual size of the shower.They took away my old shower head, and the new one had barely any water pressure. They also took away my drain hair catcher, so I had to get new shower head and drain hair catcher.The guys doing the install were kind, but they made a mess. They left with debris around the bathroom, outside in my driveway, and left a giant mess of debris in the basement underneath where the shower is.Overall, I really regret going with Jacuzzi for my run to shower conversation. The sales person sold me something that I did not receive, the support people were unorganized, scheduling the wrong day for the install, and the build left a giant mess in my house. I would not recommend them to anybody.

  Worst company ever !!!!Met them at the home show in April - 22. Signed contract a few days later, they couldnt get to us until July-22, installer showed up in July and demolished our bath on day 1, came back next day and installed new bath and walls, it looks like a 2 yr old did the job, caulking is terrible, gaps between the new walls and old walls, shower pan feels soft and snaps and cracks everyone you step in, installer didnt follow directions on contract when installing the shelves. ( installed in wrong place). No hot water with first use, they had to send someone to fix that the next day during first use with hot water the drain wasnt tight and it flooded our downstairs bathroom. I called jacuzzi to complain they sent out another installer that agreed the job was done incorrectly. They stated that they would redo the job, in talking with the manager, he even insulted me by stating your one of those people that have work done on their house and its never right they rescheduled for the redo in Nov-22, they didnt bother to call prior to arriving like they did before, when they arrived I explained that they could come in and do the redo but that their were sick people in the house, they chose to reschedule, we are still waiting and its now March 2023, the finance company keeps calling wanting their money..They called me and left a message and a number to call them back, I called the number and the automated system that answered said all agents were busy and to stay on the line and the next available agent will answer, I waited 15 min. That was enough for me.. dont waste you money and time on this company.

  I had a terrible experience with this company. I was quoted a much higher price on hardware because of the finish. The initial meeting took 2 hours and 15 minutes. I told him I needed time to think about it and I wanted him to leave because I had just worked a 12-hour shift and my kids and I were hungry. He proceeded to lower the price from $17,000 to $12,000 for me as he ignored my request to leave. Towards the end of the visit he told me he would put the door in the order and he never did. I did have a customer service person call me and I asked about the door and he let me have it at no cost because the original salesperson forgot to follow up on it. The customer service person that I did speak to was the one that informed me that all hardware was priced the same regardless of the finish. So I don't know what the salesperson did to lower the price from $17K to $12K if the hardware was the same price. I am not wanting these people in my home after the experience I have had so far. I would not recommend this company to anyone their salespeople are complete sharks.

  From start to finish, we were treated as valued customers. All of our questions were answered thoughtfully and thoroughly. The choices ran the gamut from austere to lavish and we were apprised of the cost every step of the way. ****, our consultant was honest and forthright. She advised us of choices which would be more practical for our budget. When the time came for the installation, ****** and ****** could not have been nicer, nor more professional! They were prompt in their arrival and informed us during the day as the install was progressing. The final outcome was absolutely stunning! My husband and I couldn't have been happier! Some say that we could gotten the work done for a lot cheaper but you can't put a price on a lifetime guarantee. No one even comes close! I'll gladly pay for that extra piece of mind every single time.Thank you, ****, ****, ****** and ******. You made this former teacher and officer very happy!

  Original staff did an excellent job of installing shower but seat ordered by salesman was way too large. Contacted Jacuzzi with pictures and they immediately agreed to replace the seat with a smaller one. I requested the fold up seat in their online pictures but was told that wasnt available. After many text messages I said I would see if I liked their choice. Installers showed up but the seat looked wrong. They called their manager and got the Jacuzzi fold up seat in their online pictures ordered. Once it came in another date was set to take out the huge seat, overlay the end wall where it was installed and install the new seat. The day of installation I was told ***** could not make it and they would send another crew. They did install the new seat but left large amount of glue from original seat, did not seal the top shower door bar, left glue everywhere and cut the end panel too short. End product looks cheap. Given the cost of the job, the Jacuzzi name, and so called warranty I am grossly disappointed. So much for 1 day installation, whole process from order date to completion has been 4 months.
