    The vending machine did not refund me money. I called customer service who guaranteed me a e check. I did not receive an e-check, and they have blocked my calls so i cannot contact them

    We have reached out to the customer to see why they have not received their funds for their refund.  We will re-process the check and ensure the user gets their refund money.

    I attempted to purchase a product out of a Canteen vending machine 4 times on March 3, 2023 and the card reader never showed that the transaction was processed so I didn't take the product. Come to find out I was charged $6.49 on my debit card and another $6.49 charge on my credit card. I have attempted several times to get my refunds but Canteen and the the credit card reader company won't acknowledge my purchases and refund them. ITS CALLED THEFT. I want my money back and I want this company to be honest with their customers. This exact situation has happened to another employee at my work as well and she has never been refunded either. Further proof that this is a profit driven tactic. Canteen might as well pack up all of their products and machines and get them out of the business I work in.

    Im trying to figure out what happened with your complaint.  You purchased something on March 3rd, but on your cc statements, they popped in on March 4th on your credit card, and March 6th on your debit card.  Did you use the market on those days?  Or just on the 3rd?

    What do we owe you?  I can get you an E-Check.

    I am rejecting this response because: I've provided bank statements and also informed Canteen that the charges were physically ran through the machine March 3rd 2023 and were pending for a few days. That is why they reflect different dates than March 3rd. There is a completed charge of $6.49 from my debit card and one completed charge on my credit card that still have yet to be returned.
