    This company bought ******, our previous vending machine company. Since taking over in September of 2022, they have not paid us our commission on the products sold. We are a small high school and those funds go to our Student Body account to help fund school events. The manager ************ has given us the run around staying we needed a new contract in order to pay, but then also says we have to have the whole district on the contract. All letters sent during the transition period said service would stay the same and no indication about needing a contract or anything sent to us about that until we starting inquiring. I have provided them with the original letters sent as well as outlining everything and they still will not pay us. We have not even received an notices on how much money they have actually collected over the last year. Basically they have profited 100% on our students. We have decided to just have them pick up the vending machine. **************** is awful!

    Canteen requires a contract in order to pay commissions to any of our customers, including schools.  When asked for something in writing, the district was unable to provide any document.  The original agreement was only a verbal agreement, which will not allow for commission payments with our company.
