    My sink was spitting up black flecks of rubber. The Wolcott plumber insisted it was the angle stops, not the hose, because as they told me verbatim "the hose is never black". I paid $375 for those angle stops. The problem persisted. They told me to wait and see if the issue resolved over the weekend. When it didn't, they said they needed to "rebuilt" the faucet with a Delta Diamond cartridge for $345. At this point I was suspicious, so I researched what "rebuilding" a faucet means. It is a 5 minute job. One ***** key. You take out the previous Delta Diamond cartridge and easily place in a new one. Parts are $40 at **********. With the trip to ********** it is a 25 minute job. So I did it myself. When the issue still persisted, I took a harder look at the hose. Guess what? It was the hose. What really got me is that its a common issue and talked about endlessly in the reviews of the replacement hose you can find on amazon for $20. These guys will straight up lie to your face and take your money. Find someone else.

    I encountered a driver from this business on my way to work in ********. Driver had a major case of road rage, I would never allow an worker in my home that acts that irrational and unsafe on the roadways. It makes me wonder what kind of screening process they have before sending people with anger issues into our homes.

    Wolcott Services was called to fix a water leak. Evidently it required the replacement of a broken hose bib. Although the service was performed after hours it is my belief that the customer was gouged. The bill was near a thousand dollars for about an hour's work at the job site. The customer was actually billed $885.00. I think they gave him a discount of $100.00. I am acting on behalf of the customer. In this case the customer is disabled. I have had years of experience doing plumbing work and I think this **** is much too high for the work done. There is no way I can see a bill that high as being justifiable.

    I rarely write a review, but in this case, Buyer beware, better yet, don't use. We asked for an ********************* water heater (which the estimater/installer said they could do). Same guy showed up the next morning with a different brand and said "Oh, my bad, I guess I should have called." He would have installed it if I had not caught him. So he left for an hour and went and got the correct brand. We also understood the water heater's vent was going to be replaced, as part of our estimate and the fee we paid. The same tech did not specifically add the vent to the 7 page computer document he had me sign digitally, then they told us they would follow up within 10 to 14 days about the vent "because it was the busy season for hvac section." After about 25 days, I emailed them twice. NO RESPONSE. I phoned them a few days later, and was told the tech did not make a note for any follow up. They kindly sent someone out within a day and completed the job, but I signed nothing at that time. I understood we already paid for the work! Three weeks after the vent was installed, I got an email invoice for the vent installation!!!! There is a digital **** where my signature would go, agreeing to pay the bill. I DID NOT SIGN anything when the hvac gent showed up. I tried to explain to the office people, who did reduce the bill, but said the bill was valid. I gave up and paid the bill. Don't use this company!!

    ************************** came out to fix our heat pump from the original install 2 weeks prior.He was amazing!! fixed the problem and communicated to us what the problem was and how he fixed it. *********** knows his stuff! Our home is pumping the cold air like never before. Thank you to ************************** for coming out right away and fixing this and to the office lady (cant remember her name) that scheduled him out right away.
