    I called and placed an order for a suspension upgrade priced at $1,842. Everything was great until the agent said shipping was $190. I told him the website said free shipping and then I was told he had to a manager because it was not supposed to be free. I was asked to send screen shots to his cell phone, which I did. I didnt hear back that day so I text and asked what was going on, he replied his mgr. would contact me. Never heard from anyone so I called customer ********************** with no answer. I sent an email and got a reply they dont carry that product anymore. Interesting since I was getting it the day before if I paid the shipping. I checked the website and it had been updated to over 3k. Total lack of integrity and honesty. Never buy from these type of businesses.

    Total Rip off and zero honesty in this company! We placed and order for 4 wheels on our van. After a week we contact them for an updated. They said order will be shipped out within few days and tracking number will be updated. Now we are 3 weeks later and got an email that they want $115 MORE for each that makes $345 price increase. When I called and put questions they hangup on us. Their web still reflects the price we paid and every were online the price are the same.Don't waste your time and money here.

    Ordered van parts from this business and they arrived damaged. I have tried repeatedly to reach someone at this company through their listed phone numbers and email address. No one there ever answers the phone and after repeatedly leaving messages, no one ever calls back or answers emails. It seems that after they have your money, they want nothing to do with you even if you have a legitimate claim. One of their managers, ***** is his name, has repeatedly ignored me. I was so desperate that I believe I found the Presidents email and sent him a message, No answer.I will never order anything from this business again and advise other to be careful if you do.
