    Ordered product 4/16/25. Never received confirmation of order so tried to check my account. Website would not accept my password so called on phone. One week later still no confirmation so called again. Rings twice and disconnects. Would like to cancel order and get my money back.

    we are  sorry to hear that **** ******** has had difficulties, we have had some technical difficulties within our software that IT is currently addressing , however the phones have not been an issue to our knowledge. I did look into his account and see that he made an online order on 4/16, and his item was shipped out on 4/21. I have attached the tracking of his package. In order to process a refund he would need to return the part, and will will at that time credit his account.

    10/23/2024 I have paid a total of $617 for a firearm to be delivered and never received it. I was given several excuses and was never offered to return my money.

    On July 25th I placed on order with this company for a 7.62x39 Field Gauge, for which I was charged $50.55. Three months later, I still have not received the product I ordered. When I placed my order, their website stated that from the time of order, shipping was estimated to be six to eight weeks. In the last email I received from them, they indicated that it "should be out by Oct. 9th". On October 10th I inquired again about the status of my order and on October 16th I sent an email requesting a cancellation of that order, both emails have gone unanswered.

    Firstly we would like to offer a sincere apology for the delay on this gauge. After looking through the sales emails I am unable to locate where this request to cancel was sent. However we acknowledge that this item is late to ship out. We will be issuing a refund for this gauge and we will be sending the gauge to the customer as well. We hope that this will resolve this issue and you can still use us in the future for your tooling needs.

    The company does not have good customer service at all and I've waited all week for an email back good luck getting a product you order.

    The fact that you all wouldn't respond after this is enough for me to never shop with you again the refund has not shown up yet but I will say I should've checked reviews on your company because I'm not the only one

    Company promised me delivery of an item then kept stringing me along until I found the item had not even been manufactured and manufacture date was 2 months after the date I was promised.I had to threaten them with fraud charges through the ****** State Attorney General to get the order cancelled and have yet to get a refund.

    Made an incorrect chamber reamer for a custom rifle.... they lost the diagram and made totally wrong reamer. ****** was sent to gunsmith to chamber gun, Then reamer sent to *********************** for custom reloading dies to be made.... which are wrong due to failure of Pacific ************ to properly do original job. Pacific Tools made a new reamer due to their Errors!!!! But they do not want to pay for ******* to make new dies caused by them. Bad service.... Zero attention to machining details.... ***************** Avoid Pacific ************.

    Ordered an item that said in stock, wasnt informed it wasnt. Not a big deal but everytime I call or email I dont get an answer when I will receive the goods I ordered and paid for. I have waited patiently and still have not heard when I will get my items. I would like to get the products I paid for 3 months ago

    Orders were placed Aug 22, 2022 and Sep 2, 2022. Neither were delivered. Original quote was 8 to 12 weeks. Two ship dates promised. Neither met. I want delivery by mid Feb or cancel and issue full refund.

    On 2/21/22 I ordered a Sako extractor jig. I was informed at that time it was approx a month before it would ship which I was fine with. Since that time I have sent numerous emails asking for an update and it kept getting pushed out further and further. It has now been 8 months and the order was cancelled but I have not been refunded even a partial amount of my money that was paid back in Feb. I don't think it is fair that in 8 months time I didn't receive a refund for a product I paid for up front.

    I am rejecting this response because: The order was cancelled by a PTG employee named *************************** not by me and she directed me also to do my business elsewhere going forward. I have the whole email chain saved from the time I originally placed the order. The refund was issued to an account that we had to close due to the loss of our branch office. I contacted another branch and they we able to locate the refund and said it was rejected and returned to the originator since our account was closed. All I ever wanted was a product that I paid for up front but after 8 months and promise after promise I still never received the product, will not be refunded I am sure and then asked to take my business else where. Now I know it's not a new car but imagine paying for one and then every time you ask when it will be delivered you are told next month. After 8 months time how would you feel still not taking delivery of that vehicle. I don't think I am out of line in my expectations.

    Hello,

     

    We refunded the amount of the product back to him on 10/21/22 $165.00. Please find attached our report from our Credit Card Merchant account that verifies that the money was successfully refunded back to the card ending in **** that was issued to him by US Bank. The customer claims that the refund was "rejected" since his branch location closed. As seen on the attached document the Transaction Status was "Processed" NOT "Rejected" as it is claimed. The money owed to this customer was successfully refunded to him. This claim is meritless and no additional money is owed to him.
