On 7/19 I took a test here and the instructor lied multiple times on my results failing me. They tried to get me to remove my one star review on ****** stating we discussed it (the review) in their office which is also a lie I made the review after speaking to them. I spent 140$ on this test and I want my money back this was in no way the provided service I was promised.

Complaint - On 7/19 I took a test here and the instructor lied multiple times on my results failing me. They tried to get me to remove my one star review on ****** stating we discussed it (the review) in their office which is also a lie I made the review after speaking to them. I spent 140$ on this test and I want my money back this was in no way the provided service I was promised.

To address your complaint - Unfortunately not everyone passes their drive test on the first try.  Our examiners are trained and certified per State of Oregon *** standards.  HST Oregon operates fully above board and would never intentionally fail an applicant that has passed their test (which you insinuated in your ****** review).  You legitimately did not pass the test due to the errors that were conducted by you during your test.   The errors were fully explained to you during the summation at the end of your test.  Additionally, you spent $120 ($80 for test and $40 for the vehicle you rented for your test); not $140 as you stated in this complaint.  The payment for testing is paid whether you pass your test own not; the same as it is with any other testing company or the *** itself.  Our rates are competitive with all of the other third-party testing programs in the State of Oregon and are in no way set to fleece any of our customers out of money (as you stated in your ****** review).

You posted the one star review on ****** 25 minutes prior to your husband coming back into our office to complain about your test.  Upon speaking with your husband, it seemed that you were confused as to why you did not pass.  We explained it to him and even emailed him an explanation as to what you will need to go over before you test again.  He was agreeable by the time we ended our conversation and seemed pleased with the outcome.  That is why I asked for the one star review (again, that had been posted previous to our conversation with your husband) to be removed.  Additionally, when looking up your profile on the one star review, this seems to be something you are known for; slamming businesses on ****** and giving them one star reviews.  This is why I have not continued the responses on ****** to you, as it seems that will only allow you to continue spreading your toxic comments and trying to do more damage to a small business that you feel the need to try to destroy to make yourself feel better.  As you will see by our extensive list of positive 5 star reviews on ******, we are a legitimate company who conducts our business ethically and with full transparency.
