    We drove over an hour to *********** and HST Oregon NO CALL, NO SHOWED! They had construction near their facility and did not bother to tell anyone they were closing for the day! Then they wanted to reschedule for over a month away! They did not care at all about their poor service!

    We had unexpected construction at our *********** facility. We called and spoke directly to or left a voicemail, AND emailed every applicant. Im happy to produce the sent email that we have on record for you; date and time with plenty of notice to ask you to move your test to our *********** facility so we could still accommodate your test at the scheduled test time. You called our office and were extremely rude to our admin staff. When you began threatening them is when they canceled the test and invited you to test elsewhere. No one else who was rescheduled had any issue with moving their test to the other facility or changing the date. They were all very understanding of our unexpected situation. Im sorry you were not able to be considerate as well.
