      As a Person of color, i am ashamed of how Adidas is treating *******************. After hearing they cut ties with ******* also will boycott Adidas and no longer purchase any of your items

      www.adidas.com/ site I would not order from. Placed order today with delivery date of 8/8/2022. A couple hours after I placed the order they changed the delivery date to 8/17/2022, which is AFTER the season starts. It has not shipped and they will not allow me to cancel the order until after the shoes arrive. I get the shoes, but they are not the size I ordered and the day they arrived the site told me was past the return window. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering from adidas.com, but since I didn't I got taken advantage of. *******

      Getting a refund for missing shoes is like asking them to give me the sun and the moon out of the sky. They act like its not important. They just took my money and ran with it giving me excuses left and right. How is it that ***** contacted me THE NEXT DAY about a case I filed but with Adidas it almost been 2 weeks? That doesnt add up. I the customer shouldnt have to do all the work for them. They have the contract with ***** not me. They do not give af bout their customers at all.

      I would also like to mention the fact that I HAVE CAMERAS and there is proof that there was no delivery at the indicated time. There would be video and there is none. In addition to that, when I filed a claim myself and called back to check on it ***** THEMSELVES told me they were unable to retrieve the package. I asked him to clarify and he said yes. So I dont get the discrepancy between MY claim and ADIDAS claim. This situation is so simple. It has rlly left a bad taste in my mouth for Adidas. Not ordering from them again with out purchase protection.

      My order (order number: ADxxxx80543) was placed on Jun. 18, 2022. It has two pairs of shoes, ULTRABOOST 4.0 DNA SHOES AND ADIZERO ADIOS 6 SHOES. I received the order on Jun. 22, 2022. Unfortunately, I did not receive the ultraboost shoes. Only Adizero Adios 6 is in the delivered package. The size of the delivered package can only take a pair of shoes. I think ultraboost was never sent out from the warehouse. I called customer service immediately after I received the order on Jun. 22, 2022. Until today (Aug. 8, 2022), I called customer service at least 20 times and I also contacted the customer service through the online chat several times. Unfortunately, I have NOT received any meaningful solution yet. Last Monday (Aug. 1, 2022), I missed a call from an Adidas's supervisor. According to her voice mail, she mentioned my inquiry was declined. The reason is that the warehouse confirmed the order was successfully sent out. I think the investigation result is totally UNACCEPTABLE. My inquiry was perfunctorily processed. According to the tracking information, the delivered package only has two pounds. I told customer service many times about letting the investigation team check the tracking information. It seems customer service never passes my request to any supervisor/investigation team. A two-pound package is impossible to hold two pairs of shoes I ordered. The weight of Ultraboost 4.0 + Adizero Adios 6 is much heavier than two pounds. The delivered package also includes shoe box, wrapping paper, package box, and shipping labes. If you think what I am talking about here is totally wrong, PLEASE CHECK THE TRACKING INFORMATION AND WEIGH THESE TWO PAIRS OF SHOES ON YOUR END (including the shipping package box). I am 100% sure that you will know who lied.

      I placed an order with an expected delivery date within a week. I received an email acknowledgement stating my order was delayed for 10 additional days. I want to CANCEL MY ORDER by there is no where on the order to cancel. I have waited on the phone for 20 + minutes to speak to a customer service rep. I will NEVER buy another Addidas product

      You need to revamp your raffle releases. Dragging out releases on Yeezy day as queue drops when you have the capability to do draw releases so people dont have to be glued to their phones all day hoping to get one of your shoes. The majority of your sales likely come from those releases and the people dont want to deal with having to pay a reseller or 3rd party store to get the shoes. Listen to your customers and do right by them.

      Adidas sold me 4 pairs of shoes, sent me 1 pair and has had me waiting for months for a refund. Ive calling once a week and have now been waiting more than a week for a supervisor to call me back. Every time I speak with a customer service rep they stonewall me by saying their researching my issue. One actually told me they are looking in the warehouse for my shoes and it takes time because its a big warehouse. I asked if she could give me a time frame and she said no because then I would hold her accountable. Imagine being held accountable for your job? So I was basically robbed by a billion dollar company, Ill never purchase from them again.

      If i could rate it no stars I would. But it doesn't allow me to. I have been calling and speaking to several representatives for over a month. They all advise that they filed a claim for my lost package and it takes 14 business days to get an update. I always ask for an email confirmation and they never send me one. Every 14 days I call back and get the EXACT same responds. Today i get told the claim was just filed 3 days ago. I ask why have i been lied to for over a month that a claim had been filed and she didnt have a response. The Lack of professionalism is unfortunate. I advise people stop shopping with this company. They dont value their customers at all. Go to ****

      My order was delivered in two package. The first package I received is totally not my stuff. The customer service said that they could do an exchange for my items, however, I need to drop package to ***** by myself. The second package, which is a running shoes. However, the two pair is in mismatching sizes. The customer service asked me to drop package to ***** again for exchange. I had to drive to ***** two times, and to solve their mistakes. I was very disappointing with this adidas.com. The customer service said that they could give me a 30% off coupon, which could be easily find from web.
