      Adidas is be far the ************* I have ever ordered from & have had the displeasure of dealing with! I submitted an order # ACA14136252 December 9th, its now 11 days later & it hasnt been sent out. Ive only got an order confirmation sent via email, I called customer service several ************ keep saying the same thing Its at a warehouse waiting for carrier Before I placed the order it showed in BLACK & WHITE print APPROXIMATELY **** business day for delivery also after receiving order confirmation it stated that my delivery is expected in TWO days from now which is December 22nd!! what should I do to avoid getting scammed? Im hearing such awful, horrible stories from this company. Should I call my Bank and request a charge back?? Help?

      ADIDAS sent me golf shoes instead of the correct shoes I ordered for my husband for Christmas. Christmas is in 7 days. I was told to find an adidas store to exchange the shoes in. The outlet near me doesnt have them and the closet store is about an hour away. Then ** told to send the shoes back and when they receive them they will only then send me the correct shoes I paid for. This is a Christmas present. It wont be here in time. The lady I spoke with at customer service, gave poor service and refused to put a supervisor on the phone. She said they were talking on the phone with someone else , I said okay Ill wait. *** says I cant assure you that I can have you talk to them I asked for the supervisors name and *** told me she was not going to give me that info. Very poor customer service. You may think that one person you have lost isnt too bad. But I will make sure my story gets all the way out. Next is the news to make them aware of how big companies like adidas treat their customers. My husband has 8 pairs. But I will never purchase from adidas again. They have ruined one part of Christmas and refuse to come up with a solution that benefits the customer. Only their pockets. I guess they think My husband wants the ugly sea foam golf womenly looking shoes they sent me.

      Missing item from order - they apparently need 30 days to investigate- in the meantime my credit card was charged again.. it looks like online delivery from the 90's.

      ***** Supposedly delivered my packages to the garbage disposal area in the back of my building. Called Adidas who told me I have to wait for ***** to do an investigation! And theyll determined if they delivered to the right address or not. And if the approve the claim then I can receive a refund. Yeah that sounds fair. They are absolutely ridiculous, I didnt chose the shipping service, they did!!! ******* is a very incompetent as a customer service representative. I am now with *****, bye adidas and Byeeeeeee *******!!!!!

      Ordered 3 pairs of sneakers and 3 outfits for my niece, nephew and sister for ****. They separated the order into 2 packages, 1 containing all the sneakers and most of the outfits and the second was just a hoodie. The awful shipping they use, Lasership, delivered the hoodie but never delivered the package with the bulk of my order. Adidas said that Laserships "investigation" showed it delivered and denied me a refund, even though I offered them proof that Lasership lied, as they gave me 2 different stories between my complaint here and the "investigation". Adidas customer service wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor and refused to refund me. It was a $404 order, now I'm out the money and my family gets nothing from me for Xmas. Horrible customer service and relies on arguably the most untrustworthy shipping company out there. I've never visited this site for anything or any purchase before now. This is absolutely unacceptable the way these companies allow theft.

      I ordered shoes for my grandsons along with socks for each of them through after pay. I received the email telling me the first part of my order was delivered and I looked at the delivery location I was shocked to see it was not my address or town I live in. I was able to contact adidas and they credited my account with after pay but not yet received credit in my bank account so Im still waiting also adidas had said they put a request in to cancel the second part of my order but it was not canceled and I found out when I received the second email stating my delivery was delayed but will be delivered soon I requested the second part of the order to be delivered to the ********* Its a holding sight for delivery service. ********** And I was completely shocked to see the email telling me that they had delivered the order to the wrong address once again. I have not be able to contact adidas and not from lack of trying I have sat on the phone for 1/2 hours at a time for a couple days now waiting for a answer. The whole online order was a total of $120.07 and they are still taking the payment from my account and I have received nothing in response or refund.

      I bought a pair of shoes as a gift back in October. I had to exchange due to size. When I called I was told the process of pretty simple once received it would take 3 days for inspection and they would send out a new pair. It's been over 20days and I still don't have the new size. When I call there is never a supervisor available and now they are telling me it could take more than 20days for the exchange to happen and that I should of just cancelled the first order and placed a new order it would of been faster. I was supposed to get a call back from a supervisor I still haven't received any communication from anyone at Adidas. I tried calling this morning and was on the phone waiting for over 53 minutes. I need help!

      It's been over 6 weeks and I'm still waiting to receive my full refund , I returned the merchandise. I paid ****** and only received ***** back. I have called several times and get a different response each time.

      Adidas, you need to STOP USING LASERSHIP. They are horrible. I have been giving the runaround by you and them about my package that was never delivered. I have security cameras and have proof that nobody from LaserShip delivered a package at @ 7 am, but nobody seems to care. They claim that a doorman signed for it. I live in a single-family home and I am the only house on the street. They don't have a picture of the home they "delivered" the package to. Your company keeps telling me you can't do anything because LaserShip's "investigation" says it was delivered. I made the purchase with you. I am your customer. You pay them to deliver goods which they failed to do, but you refuse to rectify the situation. Sending my lawyer jargon in an email that you aren't responsible doesn't fix the problem. If you value your customers, STOP USING LASERSHIP.
