      ***** delivered my package to a wrong address, and I flagged it to adidas and I never got any updates on it, they just asked me to wait. It has been a month, and I don't think it is gonna be resolved and they can't provide any alternate solution but just ask me to wait. This is ridiculous. The case reference number is ********

      ******** customer service. How can an item be shipped from an ADIDAS warehouse but Adidas cannot supply me with a shipping date or approximate delivery date? How was I able to receive a notification that my item was shipped but no one can tell me when??? So that means that the update the status was magically updated. No one in customer service is helpful. They are all rude, including the people in leadership! Buyer beware!!

      I ordered the Adidas Samba shoes on 08/27/2024, and on 09/06/2024, I received a notification that my item had been delivered. However, when I checked the package delivery area in my building, there was nothing. I searched every corner, thinking it may have been dropped somewhere else, and even reached out to property management to help check. Still, no item.The next day, I called Adidas and reported the issue. It is now 10/04/2024, and they are still investigating. I have called multiple times to get an update, but all I hear is that the investigation is "still in process." What exactly is being investigated for over a month?! Clearly, the responsible party failed in delivering my order, and yet Adidas continues to stall.This is beyond frustrating. I will never purchase anything from Adidas again. This isn't the first issue I've had with them, but it will definitely be the last. Enough is enough.

      I purchased a pair of adidas samba. The shoe was worn by my child for about 2 weeks and the front of shoe has a hole in it. I reached out to the company to get the hole repaired, they directed me to file a claim then tell me thats normal wear and tear. Its not normal for a shoe to have a hole after 2 week wear

      I ordered a personalized soccer jersey on 7/24/24, on 8/16/24 I received a jersey that was not personalized. I called **************** multiple times that day for refund/resolution and was given the run around. Finally (after 3 calls and getting hung up on) got a supervisor who promised me full refund. It is 9/5/24 and Im yet to receive refund. Ive called 3 times this week, been promised return calls and emails and nothing. Will never purchase through Adidas again. They make a mistake and not willing to correct it nor refund my money.

      I ordered 3 pair of Yeezy sneakers and was sent toddler shoes. I made a claim and was denied because they stated they checked in the system and saw the correct item was indeed sent. I took pictures of the wrong item and after speaking with a supervisor who hung up on me while I was talking to her. I will never order from them again.

      Adidas skirts the line between deceptive and misleading business practices and fraud. First, its website (adidas.com) advertises items for sale and allows you to place an order, but then will cancel the order days later stating that the item is out of stock. With today's technology, a company this size should be able to reconcile items in stock with orders placed and update item status in real time. I had a child VERY excited about an order going through only to have it canceled by the site days later. Second, the company is listed as offering teacher discounts through id.me, when it in fact only offers teacher, first responder, etc. discounts on a handful of items. Someone needs to address these deceptive business practices!

      Was delivered/sent wrong shoe and shoe size. When called to complain and see what resolution may be was asked to take pictures and file case. They informed me the shoes I was complaining about are final sale so no return policy. But I explained that I didn't even receive the right shoe let alone shoe size. And would expect a refund. Told me can take up to 12 business days after 14 business days they said the warehouse investigation was concluded and they sent alright product out so I'm S.O.L. I asked if they can provide proof of this just as they asked me to do so when I received wrong product. And they responded with we don't share that information with customers. And claim is closed and there's no one else that can help me out to get refund. So I'm out $233 and have a shoe that I can't even wear cause it's wrong size as well as wrong shoe that I paid for

      Bought a pair of shoes. Within a day the inside sole tore a bit. I started a warranty claim and they told me it was from normal wear and tear and denied me a refund or exchange. Never will buy from them again.
