      I purchased a pair of shoes that wore holes in them in just 5 months. When attempting to use the 6 montu warranty the product came with, I was told that it's considered "normal wear and tear" and nothing was done. After looking around on social media, it seems to be a common pattern with this company. Probably nothing gonna happen from this, but it SHOULD.

      I waited 2 months to get a refund for my adidas shoes my father got me as gift. Finally received the refund, re ordered my shoes via the adidas app because the gift card refund only works on the app. Just to be told again I have to wait another 2 weeks to receive my shoes. When I ordered them on 04/29 and the app informed me it would be delivered on 05/03. I reach out via chat through the app because theres absolutely no one you can reach out to by phone! To be told 1-3 days for processing then 2-3 days for delivery. No update reached out again today to be informed that changed to 7-14 days. I see I am not the only one that has complained about adidas. I do not want a refund because I do not want to wait another 2 months for my refund. I dont even wear adidas but my dad got these shoes as a gift so yeah thats that. Ive never have had to deal with this with ***** **** will forever have my business! I just want my **** shoes to be delivered!

      purchased a product on 4/24/24 (4days ago) and I had only just noticed today (4/28) that the pants have a hole in them. because they had been worn ONCE, the manager in store would not help me. He gave me a number for customer service. The first time i called i was asked to provide a photo of my credit card information and email it, which i wasnt about to do. So i called the store (*****************) and they , once again, wouldnt do anything for me. So I call customer service again and its a different person and completely different call quality than before. I was asked to submit pictures for a review abd theyll respond to me in a MONTH!? If considering purchasing adidas products, always check for defects before buying, because the employees will not help you.

      On March 16, my daughter purchased a pair a Yeezy phone runners from Adidas website. The pair Yeezys was around $96. The package was supposed to be delivered to our high-rise apartment building on March 21 around 2 oclock. The ***** driver left a package in the mail room, which is an open room. My daughter never received her package. The package was stolen. The leasing office has posted multiple signs up for *****, not to leave packages in the mail room to take them to the leasing office or bring them to the persons door. I immediately reached out to Adidas regarding the issue with my daughter package. I also took my issues to ***** and went up to the ***** delivery site. After speaking to *****, she put in a complaint and called me the next day and basically told me just to make a complaint with my bank to get my money back. The representative from Adidas put in a complaint. It took them 20 days to get back to me to basically tell me that is nothing I could do because ***** said they delivered the package and my daughter is just out of her money. Adidas is a horrible company I will never ever ever buy anything from them and beware of buying things from Adidas. Absolutely no help. ***** delivery company is also horrible.

      I want to educate my fellow public servants about adidas.com. Their participation in id.me is a joke! They don't accept the id.me discount on most items on their site, which tells me their public servant "appreciation" is misleading and nothing more than a marketing gimmick. I'm a current teacher and former police officer and I greatly appreciate businesses that help out public servants and their families with discounts. adidas.com does not offer a legitimate public servant discount and should not be given any recognition as a business who appreciates public servants. adidas.com does not deserve to display the "id.me" logo on its site. Just be aware if you decide to try and shop there.

      You have lowered your quality, your adidas logo used to be stitched on now a cheap iron on is used. I followed the care instructions and I have 2 pairs of pants that I washed 1 time and the logo is already peeling off. I used to love the adidas pants and have purchased several over the last few years, 1 in each color. Due to the logo peeling off I'm not buying adidas anymore.

      Have been purchasing from adidas app for a few years now for myself, my children, my mother. This black Friday I made some purchases total of 8 items I only received three out of the eight. The package was tampered with. I got a notice saying my order has been delivered. I notified them that I did not receive everything. The past four months I have called several times and let them know that I never received all of my items and I wanted a refund. they had Laser ship deliver and I believe it was stolen by one of Lasership employees. Adidas customer service keeps saying theyre investigating and they will let me know, but they never get back to me. At this point. I am ready to sever my relationship with them over this issue I have not purchased from the app since that time and refused to do so because I do not trust the delivery process. at this point I just want my money back because I spend almost $300 for this order. just refund the amount for the items I did not receive then I can be done with your app adidas. Its sad that they are willing to let good pay customer go for some thieves.

      So upsetting to have a website that is not willing to accept return/exchanges on very expensive shoes! The Yeezys I ordered did not work as one shoe was clearly too tight (mesh seemed like it was different than the other shoe) and adidas was not willing to exchange these!!!

      I ordered shoes from their website, with expedited shipping, on 2/16/2024. It had an anticipated delivery of 2/20/2024 but the shipping label wasn't even created until 2/18 and wasn't given to shipped until 2/21/2024, and only after I started leaving negative feedback on social media. I still haven't received it and the shoes went from PA to **, instead of to MI.When I called customer service, it was your typical indian call center that refuses any help. This company goes out of its way to ensure that you cannot contact anyone in the US for help. Its clear they hire foreign call centers as a way to prevent customers from having their orders corrected. They lie to get your money, then go out of their way to prevent you from getting any help.
