    Name ******************************* Claim against SureFit.*************************** I purchased the Surefit sofa and loveseat slipcovers on June 2,2022, for a total of $278.19 dollars on the Surefit Website, Slipcovers, Furniture Covers, Pillows & Home Furnishings (surefit.com). The Surefit sofa and loveseat slipcovers did not fit as advertised on their website. I requested a full refund of $278.19 on June 25, 2022, via email. I was sick with Covid and I was not able to mail back the sofa and loveseat slipcovers until July 3, 2022, and I did send an email to Surefit Customer Service and called them at 888-796-0500 to inform them their slipcovers did not fit my sofa and loveseat due to the size of their slipcovers were not correctly stated as advertised. I requested a full refund and not to have a $12.50 restocking fee accessed to my refund. I would like to amend my claim for the full amount refunded to me by Schoolsfirst to my original payment of $278.19 dollars for the return of the Surefit sofa and loveseat slipcovers. I have called Surefit Customer Service probably about 10 or 12 times and every time the Customer Service Rep. would only verbally say, they have received the returned Surefit sofa and loveseat slipcovers and are processing my refund. I did as stated above let the Customer Service Rep. there should not be a restocking fee assessed for my refund due to their website’s advertisement of the sofa and loveseat slipcovers were not clearly stated in the dimension for my sofa and loveseat. I am not paying a restocking fee. Last, I am requesting the full amount of $278.19 to be returned to my ***************** Account.
