    Purchased a mower belt from this company —it completely unraveled after three uses —purchased in July 2023– reached out to the company with no reply purchase belt because of their reviews when I reached out to the company and asked for a replacement or reimbursement, but no response —Cost of belt was $24.50– would put a zero, but cannot on the rating

    Terrible Return Experience. Received a loveseat cover that was too small (if the website dimensions posted were correct, it should have fit). I did everything they said to do to return it within 4 days of receiving the RMA# and prepaid shipping label. UPS tracking said exactly when it was received. That was 2 weeks ago. No word from the company. I called today and they said it takes up to 30 days to get the refund. She said I was "on the list to be refunded to Paypal." I asked what it meant to be on the list and when does someone actually make the refund. She said, "Not until the end of this month; around the 30th." (today is the 12th). They have the item. They have all of the paperwork. They said I should be refunded, but I have to wait another 18 days before they will give my money back. Also, she would not tell me how much of the $89.24 that I will actually get back. The website says they will charge $12.50 for the return shipping (which is crummy), but whatever. But I still have no idea if they will actually refund the actual $76.74 (my cost minus shipping). All I can say is don't buy from this company. The products are cheap and the experience when they go wrong is horrible.
