    BUYER BEWARE! Do not purchase anything from Aarke serious nightmare. I have been waiting 5 months for a refund on a return with little to no response until I finally got one and they asked for all of my banking info! Insane experience and a complete waste of time; on top of that, the products aren't worth the price. Save yourself the massive headache and purchase elsewhere.

    I purchased a Aarke Carbonator Pro in November. The product is not functioning properly. It does not latch and water explodes everywhere. It was very expensive and I want to return or replace it. I have submitted 4 forms through their website and left two phone messages with customer service over the last three weeks with no response. I have never had such a terrible experience with any company in the US. I would never recommend their products.

    I purchased a water carbonator kit from Aarke ***, which initially seemed promising. However, the exchange program left me unsatisfied. I was under the impression that I'd receive two cartridges, but only received one, rendering it unusable. Their customer support accused me of sourcing from Amazon, which felt like a scam tactic.Furthermore, I received a damaged cylinder, and instead of assisting, they again suggested I bought from Amazon. This is the second time they've accused me without offering a solution.Additionally, while the product appears well-built, it's actually largely plastic inside. Attempting to fix the o-ring proved nearly impossible, requiring professional repair. This experience has left me with serious reservations about the integrity of this company.

    The WORST customer service imaginable. I cannot even describe what a mess it is.No human responding and they have messed up my order, charged me anyway. I had to stop all payments with my CC company. Dont waste your time and money. Do not sign up for the CO2 tank replacements. Nightmare.

    Beware if you work with AARKE directly you can say goodbye to responses, care, or any interest in resolving issues. Once they make a sale, they do not care about customers and will take weeks to respond and decline your requests. Sent in a request to exchange my gold device for a more muted colorITs HIGHLIGHTER YELLOW. Turns out, they make no exceptions and count all days (not business days). They will take 14 days to reply to any email.

    Carbonator Pro received in broken condition. Despite the website clearly stating, "We offer free, risk-free returns for all orders," Aarke forced me to pay for shipping (about $100) before the return window closed and then refused to respond to all future comminucations.

    Terrible company, unhelpful und unfriendly and unreliable customer service. I read an article about the company saying they used glass bottles. Was delighted to see, and ordered. Got a plastic bottle and learned that only some models use glass. Contacted them and asked to exchange, this was refused but I was told i could return and repurchase something else. Was told to send with tracking info and insurance and to send the tracking and they would stay in touch. Did that weeks ago, sent them the info, they are not responding to any of my emails and not reimbursing me. You can't phone them. They are inaccessible and have now seemingly just made off with my money!
