      NOT SAFE FOR WOMAN AND CHILDREN REGISTERED *** OFFENDERS AND HOMELESS MEN ROAMING THE ***** RAT FECES, MOLD, AGGRESSIVE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL CONFRONTATIONAL STAFF, LACKADAISICAL MAINTENANCE, SCAM TOW TRUCK DRIVER GETTING KICKBACKS WITH THE MAINTENANCE MAN. BIAS AND PREJUDICE STAFF. Not one African American on the whole staff. When you moved in, they will make you a lot of promises. Get your deposit, and then not make good on any of the things that they promised. Then if you try to hold them accountable, they will try to get you to not rent from them.I was promised my apartment will be painted, and my floors would be refinished. Needless to say I was given a filthy apartment with rat feces, My stove was not working properly as well as things hanging from the back of my refrigerator. The floors where damaged. They did not want to give me a move-in inspection. One of the staff members got in my face when I was telling another staff member about the way I was being treated when I was signing my lease. I had a family member there with me to record because when I was in the office, everyone was agreeing that the staff member was unprofessional. However, I received a threatening letter from the manager in regards to my alleged conduct and never addressed her employees conduct. She was very bias. I asked to speak with the owner never got a callback. Beware this is not a SAFE PLACE FOR WOMEN!!!. The rescue mission is right in the same parking lot. They have sketchy men who sit in the parking lot all day. From the rescue mission. Mind you these are addicts, etc. some are registered *** offenders. The locks are always broken from break into the building. There is no security on call. Tons of trash outside of the building code enforcement is always there. When you look out your window, you see piles of trash, junk, old mattresses appliances, etc.. there for months. The building is unsafe. Over night they leave the Maintenance doors wide-open

      Zero stars is my review. These slumlords do not even deserve a single star. I don’t even know where to start with this garbage company. They can’t even change a light bulb properly. They are nothing short of a complete disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves.
