  I turned all my debt over to Helbing Law Group over the past 5years and now I am receiving letters that the same Creditors I assumed where paid off are requesting payoff payment plans ! What do a hard working citizen do if all the Creditors are Coming back to file suits against me ?

  Can never get a call back.they claim a 40 month program and trying to settle at 40% but they keep adding payments to your program and can never contact anyone.They also claim to be bbb but they are not

  I thought this was a good company thinking everything was taken care of opened an account with them in 2021 finished paying everything they asked for in 2022. Here it is now 2024 soon to be 2025 and I have one of the creditors coming back for payment. Have tried to reach out to the number to no avail just get the recording and then nothing if you try to speak with someone. New customers beware!!!!!!!!!

  This people is the most dirty and inhuman people in the world not uust play with people money also they scared old people to get them more money they are a trash company and i will continue giving reviews every single day so people can tell what kind company they are

  Its a scam, they never settle with the creditors and ask you for more money when you realized that they wont help you they block your number from their data base!

  This company is very shady. They do not answer any calls nor stay in contact with you about your accounts. At first, everything was fine until about two years ago in 2021. They stop communicating with me and told me that they had sent out a new power of attorney in the mail when I never received it. Like I need my shit be taken care of and I have been going through this nightmare for the longest and no one seems to care. These are people's lives you are messing with. I will sue them if I have to. Account # 29605 needs to be taken of care.

  In the beginning of my journey with this company they were doing a good job then things turned. I end up having to contact them in order for them to work with the creditors. In 2021 when I left my job I contacted Helbing and asked what was my total owed on all of my accounts and even told them even the ones that they haven’t gotten a settlement on as I wanted to pay everything in full. They contacted me back and gave me the numbers and I gave them approval to take that amount out of my account, they contacted me again and said they needed more, I told them once again to give the the full amount to clear my debt and I again gave them approval to take that amount from my account. I thought everything was cleared until recently I found that they never paid one that was nearly $4k. A few months ago they put a little over $200 in my account, no explanation at all. But what the heck happened to that $4k that I paid. I paid over $30k lump sum. I will never refer anyone to them. I am so disappointed in this company. Although I told them to pay that company in full and they had the $$ they did not and it is still on my credit. You are a bunch of liars and cheats and I hope this company loses more than what they gained.

  They settled
  Majority of my accounts but left one and last week I called again to ask the status. They stated it was removed and the only way that can happend, if I called in and ask for it be removed or didn't submit court documents. Which I didn't do or have. I said why would I want to be garnish. I been calling on this account since April 2023 . Kept being told it was being negotiated. Called again in September and was told I graduated from the program . I ask how long will it take for that last account to be removed and was told from Jose 90 days . Now when I keep calling they keep hanging up . Terrible communication. And don't follow up. Don't waste your time .

  I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with Helbing Law Group. For the past four years, I have been paying them $700 a month, totaling around $33,000, to handle my credit card settlement. To my dismay, they have not delivered on their promises at all. Anytime I try to call their office the customer rep rudely talks to me and hangs up the phone.
  
  When faced with a credit collector, it became evident that Helbing Law Group had not taken any substantial action on my behalf. Dishearteningly, upon canceling their services, I found only $11 refunded from the $33,000 in my escrow account. Shockingly, the remainder was unjustly claimed as "legal and attorney fees."
  
  In essence, I have invested four years and a significant amount of money into Helbing Law Group with no tangible results. I strongly advise staying away from their services to avoid a similar experience and getting scammed.
