    In February 2023 we took our used vehicle 2013 Range Rover to this verified Range Rover dealer for service. The dealer worked and returned the vehicle to us. about two weeks later the same issues repeated and the same light came on the dashboard. The dealer has been charging me over and over for the same issues repeatedly and constantly. Service manager **** was told to call me but never did. September 2023 tech from the dealer damaged my dashboard and left tools in the vehicle. The dealer instead is trying to high presure sell me brand new vehicles instead.

    I spent 3 days negotiating with this dealership for a vehicle in which they agreed to sell at a certain price, when it came time to finalizing the deal they simply sent a message that they are not willing to sell me a car because they assume that I will resell it. I am not a dealer and its not my business to resell cars, I just wanted to purchase a car under my company for tax purposes and they declined. Then I offered to buy it under personal and they simply stated the car is no longer for sale. This is not right, I feel discriminated against and I don't understand how a dealership can play these type of games with their customers. I need help resolving this and I want to purchase the car that they promised me.
