    In July 2021, I was sold a 2012 Audi Q5 from this dealership. Immediately following my purchase, the vehicle needed over $5,000 worth of work. Bennett eventually covered the costs due to the fact that Allentown Audi dealership said I should have never been sold a vehicle with those issues. Last October (only 3 months after purchase) I sank another $3,000 + into the vehicle for new brakes. That cost I could understand. Fast forward to October 2022. Less than 15 months after purchase, West Chester Audi just informed me that I need over $7,500 worth of work on the vehicle. If you total those costs, you come to over $15,500 in expenses in under 15 months. The vehicle was only purchased for roughly $17,000. This is and has been completely unacceptable. I understand that my vehicle does not fall under the Lemon Law or else I would be filing. I will be asking the Better Business Bureau to look into the fact that I was sold a vehicle that needed a tremendous amount of work in such a short time. I have been attempting to contact individuals at Bennett for a week now and have yet to hear back. I will not be letting this go. I am beyond angry, annoyed, and frustrated with this dealership. They should offer to purchase the vehicle back from what I've put into it. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP.
