  All workers showed up on time as they said they would. They were all nice and considerate. They explained everything to us as they were going. They were fast, about 5.5 hours from start time turning on the system. And before they left, they helped set up the app on the phone, showed me how to use it. We were very satisfied with the service.

  I have been very satisfied with all aspects of the installation with all Pinnacle employees. The sales, office and installation portions of the project went perfectly with no problems.

  It’s been a year and a half and this company has been a problem from the start. They ruined our patio when installing the roof and were only concerned when we refused to sign the paperwork for them to get paid. The panels didn’t work for over 4 months because the electric failed inspection due to their mistakes. We called everyday with no response. The salesman also assured us that our payment would stay the same as long as we paid our tax credit back to the loan, which was a lie. Our payment has just gone up $80 per month after we paid over $10,000 to the loan. Every time we called they either didn’t answer or didn’t call back. It is impossible to get in touch with them if you have a problem. When we were upset with how they destroyed our new patio, Brian told us, “let’s see if we help you when you have an issue”. And that was true because we had problems after and no one would help us. The Better Business Bureau should be investigating them. We talked to a few neighbors who have dealt with them and any who had problems said they had the same experience. They are taking advantage of people and government money. They are nice when they want you to buy and then are bullies when you have a problem. Anyone who goes with this company should hope they don’t have an issue.

  The gentleman "Steve" was very "nice" man. But would not do hard Math. Again, very nice man. Talked about his scars and multiple accidents in motorcycles .He said he was a manager but didn't do home and was usually commercia so couldn't say exactly what Corporate would allow.
  It took about 3 hours for him to get to take pictures, no idea why his app doesn't need pics and is an open source APP. Took about 2 hours for him to place virtual panels, tho it seemed to to take less then a minute.
  Wanted to see a recent PECO Bill, most of mine are $89, biggest was $200.
  He figured my average is about $139 and the $139 bill to them should balance out the bill for 25 years.
  It would take me 25 years for it to balance "zero" for over $40k to install. BUT that they would help me finance with as bank charging an amount not disclosed until after signed.
  Also I should sign over the tax to them

  The Pinnacle Exteriors team was impressive from Bob and Michael in office, Jerry on-site manager and the diligent seven man crew on property. Our property offered uncommon challenges and they were managed particularly and nicely. Our place has been on garden tours and we were very concerned about the impact of the roof tear off on our garden. Extra steps required including assembling structures to perch against the house to protect plants from getting crushed as well as additional men on the roof clearing debris rather than just letting it run off in our case. We've seen gardens ravaged by roofers and we had no damage! Clean up was exceptional. All in all exceeding expectations and your organization rates 10 stars in customer satisfaction. The control demolition during tear off was distinctively well done.
