    As I got off the Lanta bus with my cart, the driver lowered the front of bus crushing the left rear wheel of the cart on October 19, 2023 at 3:58PM. I requested they pay $74.99.A Lanta employee left a message on October 24, however as he talked it was like he left the phone on his desk and slowly walked away as his voice grew fainter and fainter. So I have no idea what he said. I never heard from Lanta again.I did email them a revised bill for $71.54 as I was able to get a better price. (see 12 enclosed images)

    Based on the investigation,
    this complaint was deemed invalid. 

    LANTA could not substantiate nor
    have evidence that what was described happened on a LANTA vehicle.   We initially made a call to you in
    October to obtain additional information. After investigating the route 211 and
    bus # 1411 on Thursday, October 19, 2023, Operations Supervisor could not find video footage of any incidents involving a shopping cart. Management interviewed the bus operator. The operator was not made aware nor recalled such incident.   

    The feedback was closed in
    November due to the lack of validity and evidence. If you have any questions,

    I am rejecting this response because: Before filing my Lanta complaint at the end of September, I listened to the phone call a few more times that day. Sadly, I must now report that the phone recording from the Lanta employee has been doctored since that time. It's now a choppy short 12 second message. 


    It appears whoever doctored it into a choppy message wanted to make it appear like there was a bad connection. In the original recording it was a very good connection. His first sentence was good, then his voice got fainter and fainter as he seemingly walked away from the phone. 


    Now the part of him walking away from his phone and his voice trailing off in the distance has now been removed from my answering machine. I'll include the video; what's left of it. (see MVI_3775.MOV) 
    For some reason the Deep State wanted no one to hear that.


    And please disregard the time stamp given on the voice recording, as it's a Magic Jack phone number and every time I turn the computer off I'd have to reset the time on the phone, which I don't do. So, I pay no attention to what the time announced is.


     But I do pay attention to what the time reads on the MagicJack image, as that is accurate to the second. (see Magic Jack image)


     According to my notes from 2023 on October 24 Lanta left a message at 1:29:41 PM, I called back at 1:50 PM, the Lanta employee was gone. On the 25th, I left a message at 9:45 for a Mike at Lanta; (non Lanta phone calls from now on)
    On the 30th I called. And again notes say I called Nov. 1, and on the 7th a phone call came in. But as you can see from the image they've all been deleted. By whom?


    A year ago I knew Lanta's call was important, so I recorded it and emailed to myself, sending it to several of my email accounts. Yes, they've all been deleted by now. And not my me.
     Take a look at the list of calls that came in or went out during this time period a year ago. It shows from August 29, 2023 through November 9, 2023 no calls came in, despite Lanta admitting they did call me in October.


     I don't delete anything from Magic Jack. Someone else deleted Lanta's call from the record, and again not my me. 


    Over the years I've had several hundred pictures, videos and emails of harassment evidence deleted from all my computers. And again not my me. 


    As far as 'the bus operator not being aware or recalling such an incident' is almost hilarious. Her face was priceless, her eyes were bulging out of her face with the look of shock, surprise, and a 'Oh my God, I did something wrong' look, when I looked back at her. As she lowered the front on the bus, not realizing the rear cart wheels would slip under the platform step and thereby be crushed. Realizing the cart was now stuck, she then raised the front so I could leave. So I'm quite sure she remembers well.


    Lanta has a rich history of not wanting to provide evidence of Bad Lanta Behavior. (see docket)

    The court told me back then I had 5 years. It was changed to 4 this past summer.


     The Deep State doesn't allow me to receive trauma therapy, nor legal representation for years. And so far the PA State Dept. looks the other way in regards to therapy denial. 


    But I get all the harassment they can dish out. Whether harassment on computers or person to person it's non-stop.


    If you're a bit lost, in this writing, watching the 1998 'Enemy of the State' might bring you up to speed.


    One last thing, as I'm typing up this response an apartment cranks up the music very loud, I make a note of it in my calendar at 9:15 PM. Within 5 minutes, the loud music is gone. It's the same apartment that had 2 kids harass me and 1 assault me the other week (under the direction of The Deep State) and I called the Police about it. My punishment? I got kicked out of this apartment come November.

    Every day this bus company runs late routes and every day I am late or struggling to get to an appointment or something else. I am on social security disability and this is my best way of travel but I pay for a bus pass only to miss connecting buses and be stuck in the rain or in the heat of the sun. This is wrong in every single way.

    This exact issue has happened multiple times with this company I am a paying member my pay full price and I'm not able to use my services based solely on their lack of competence I'm at the bus station as we speak the bus was supposed to be here at 608 on the dot it goes offline on their own app that we can use to track the buses again I'm not able to use my service because of their fault making it literal theft if I'm paying you for a service and I can't use it that is theft. I purchase monthly passes I have CHF (heart failure) and am exercise intolerant at the moment I'm now forced to stand in the rain for a half hour as well as walk about a half mile since my bus home won't be running when I can finally catch my first bus

    The issues have been ongoing since January 2022. I signed up for lanta ****** *******, a service to provide transportation to medical services. Everywhere that I need to go is in the next county, no one in my hometown county takes my insurance or any government insurance. Lanta / ****** ******* was supposed to make my life easier and instead it's made my life even more of a headache. It has been nothing but a nightmare dealing with them, they have been canceling rides over every little issue, they sold me tickets that I can't even use to get to where I need to go. I've had ongoing Dental issues that have threatened my life and placed me in the hospital because their inability to provide adequate transportation. They have offered no solutions, no workarounds, and have continued to make me feel like I'm being punished for circumstances beyond my own control. And what would they have told my mother if my tooth infection that almost made its way to my heart had actually killed me, we're sorry your son passed away but his paperwork was not filled out properly?I signed up for this service with the belief that it would help me get things accomplished that I need done to get off of disability. And to get my health back in order. And instead of any kind of help, it's just become another nightmare and another Mountain I have to climb. Their customer support is a joke, and I am stuck here suffering because of it.

    LANTA is in receipt of the BBB complaint ID ******** submitted by **********************  We will not be submitting a response to *************  ************ repeatedly did not comply with the requirements of the transportation program under which he is traveling. ************ has subsequently made threats of violence against LANTA and LANTA employees including a threat of a mass shooting at our office.  These threats have been reported to law enforcement.  We have discontinued communications with *************
