    On April 14 2023 I was on Lanta bus #100 and I was on a scooter be cause I can't walk and fall because the female driver didn't straps me tight.I was hurt The driver stopped by Pep boys on Macarthur Road and my wife said she wanted a ambulance because I get seizures and the driver said she is not going to call for help because traffic and she call for when she gets to Walmart.No one from Atlanta bus ever call me .Lanta insurance called me and asked our insurance
    so our insurance company can pay the medical bills he was very rude and nasty.The Lanta bus driver don't have respect for the handicap because the Government protect them.! This is right.! I hurt because of the Lanta bus driver don't do her job right!.We are looking for a lawyer because this is not right!

    Unannounced schedule change to bus route and CSR misinformation about bus route led to me missing my appointment to schedule my surgery.
    The route was moved by one block - past the bus stop I was standing at - with bus stops being removed from route. Yet the bus was even later than usual.
    The Route Planner on lantabus.com utilizing google maps showed the bus stopping at the bus stop at 9.11 am and 12.11 or 13.11. Yet the Stop information shows no service to that bus stop.
    I did check the Service Changes web page on Lantabus.com. No change is noted for Jan. 16th, 2023, for that portion of the bus route.
    In another incident, I used Medicare Card for reduced fare. I was informed by the bus driver that I needed to apply for a bus card to have reduced fare, according to directive from lantabus executives. Was informed that I could only apply at one location. Yet, on website, it stated to present Medicare card to bus driver.
