      **** ******* (12 years old grandchild ) has been waiting for a crown (for his root canal) since March 2023. He had an appointment scheduled for 7-5-23 at 9:00 am. The office was closed. The office's phone box is full. I have sent Email's to the company site. He needs a crown or he will lose the tooth.

      Received a billing statement from Perfect Smile Monaca, Pa for 260.23
      My dental work was done by All About Smiles in Feb 2020 and my portion of payment was pd upfront or work would not have been done. Since then All About Smiles closed and office manager Mary Anne at Perfect Smile informed me that her office assumed all debt from All about Smiles and that I owe this bill from 3yrs ago. I called my United Concordia Ins Co that I had 3 yrs ago and inquired and was informed that office notes were requested from Perfect Smile and have not been sent and was also informed that the wrong billing ( j ) code was used. I do not believe this bill for 260.23 is my responsibility and have gotten no results by speaking with office staff or office manager and she also refused to let me speak with billing department. Once again, I pd my portion before any work was done or it would have not been done and I don’t think that Perfect Smile is allowed to be trying to have me pay for this. Thank you, ***** *********

      Incredibly horrible dental strategy. I was in for two crowns on my front teeth on November 15th. Told they would be ready in a few weeks due to the upcoming holiday and that they would call to schedule when they came in. They never called. I called in December they said they were sitting in the box that had just arrived. Scheduled for January to be put in. Dentist Dr. Sam refused to do the work of the other dentist. Couldn’t get scheduled to see Dr H**** until February. Then the appointment was canceled and rescheduled 3 more times to what would be March 1st. That is 3.5 months later with no guarantee that the same would not happen again. I am disputing 615.00 payment for incomplete dentistry. Calling my insurance, their corporate office, and reporting to BBB. They over book well beyond their capacity. There were ten people in the waiting room at 3pm. They do not care about their clients. I asked for my X-rays and will have to start all over again to find a dentist to glue in my crowns which may need to be made all over again. I am disgusted that they think it is ok to also send a patient out of their office with incorrect bite and unable to close their bite. I called multiple times to get help and they just don’t care. Just Don’t!!!

      Arrived for my appointment for my toddlers 15 minutes early.
      Informed them the children were in care of cys. Gave all appropriate
      paper work. Watched everyone that was waiting go in for their
      appointment then leave. Asked if they could turn tv on for kids since
      we have been waiting so long they said they couldn’t. They Had
      individuals that didn’t have an appointment come in and get in while
      we were still waiting after 2.5-3 hours I went and asked why people
      were getting in before us and we were still waiting, the receptionist
      stated that they were there for different reasons. I was just there with
      my toddlers to get exam for school. An individual getting 4 teeth
      pulled went in and out and we were still sitting there. When I went up
      again and stated the kids were getting hungry and I was going to call
      case worker she stated then just leave there is two people ahead of
      you.

      I have paid for my top dentures and they have pretty much avoided me since. I had a procedure scheduled and even confirmed a week before to verify that we were all set. They called me the night before and said that the anesthesiologist had some issue and I had to reschedule. Then I received the run around saying I was having insurance issue when it was confirmed 3 months prior with no issues. Then I switch my medicaid to a new one and still went into the building and a girl named Shannon said that Ashley* (maybe Amber) no longer works there and that they now have no procedures til Dec. 30. Now I paid for my top dentures because neither insurance covered them either almost 300 to 400 dollars. I still gave them a chance and went back up to the office only for a sign to be in the door that read closed until further notice.
      That's it I am done. I just want my money back at this point. I have now made a new dental appointment with a new dentist but they have said that since it has been so long since I had the temporary molds done that they are basically starting from scratch with my teeth removal and top dentures.
      I am looking to just get my money back and to make sure that they did not charge my insurance companies for the teeth removals. I can not get anyone to answer or return calls. I do not have the actual receipt on me as it was paid so many months ago but I can probably go through my bank records if need be. Please let me know if needed and I will have them go through the last year's statements. Thank you. I hope I did this right. ****** ******

      I paid this business $500 on April 19th to get dentures for my daughter.( ****** ********** ) I have a copy of payment. Her scheduled appointment is December the 30th at 1:45PM. I have not been able to reach this office by phone to confirm, so I went to the office and there is a closing sign on the door with a phone number, the same one I have been trying to reach them at! There was a nursing home van there also, and the driver asked if I was notified of the closing and I said NO. Neither were they!! I want my money returned, could you please help?
