      I ordered an Air Conditioner on 6-22-24 from Amazon. I was told by the Vendor I should receive the unit no later than 7-8-24. On 7-9-24. I contacted the Vendor concerning non-receipt of unit. The Vendor informed me that the unit was at the Virginia Beach VA location and had been there since 6-28-24. I received the unit on 7-12-24, by that time I had my unit repaired. On 7-23-24, I had Ward to come retrieve the unit. Ward sent me an invoice via email to fill out. I was told to write Confirmation # ********** and Quote # ****** $349.41 on the invoice, which I was supposed to write a check for that amount. I wrote the check and it was cashed by Ward. Now they have sent another invoice indicating I owe an additional $230.50 which I refuse to pay. The quote # is what I was told to pay by a Ward employee and I paid; therefore, no other money should be due. I lost all the way around I had to pay for shipping and restocking fees which were ridiculous.

      I am not showing that Ward had anything to do with the shipment coming to ** ****** - so if there is a complaint on that side I would need something to help me find that. Pro # or something please.

      As far as the move back on pro ********* from ******* ****** to Factory Furnace - Ward did give her a quote on what she told us.  The quote Ward did give her was for $349.41.  She did pay that.  When the driver picked up - this was a residential pick up which we did not know - $90 and it also needed a liftgate which we were not told either - $85.50 - she also checked the box for it to be insured - that cost is $55.  Since there was miscommunication - I did have the charges for the residential and the liftgate removed.  I do not have the authority to remove the insurance charge of $55.  I hope this resolves all.

      I own a business and have been waiting for 4 days for a promised delivery which still has not arrived. My customers depend on my timely repairs to their equipment that I can not complete without delivery from Ward Transport.

      This is delivering today 07-26-24.  This is not a daily point for Ward - which the customer was told when he called.    This was picked up on Monday - was to be out for delivery 07-25 - driver had problems with other deliveries which ran him behind and it was too late to deliver it yesterday - so going back out to be delivered today.  This is all per the dispatcher at our COL terminal.  So sorry for the delay.

      I engaged Ward trucking to pickup and deliver a pallet of beer and they destroyed many cases worth of product and refuse to compensate for the damages beyond one case despite being given multiple photographs showing the extent of the damage and admitting to having to completely rewrap the pallet using their own green wrapping. The pallet was clearly left out in the rain, and it appears as though they tried to stack another pallet on top. I lost over 30 cases of beer not to mention the man hours in cleaning up the mess. They refused to pay damages for more than one case because I did not hold the "salvage" for them to inspect/pick up at their leisure. You cannot leave pools of beer and beer soaked cardboard everywhere, it creates mold, and my landlord doesn't allow moldy trash to remain in the building. I have attached several photos and original documents.
