      It took them 6 days to call and schedule an appointment. After they called, the dispatcher was so rude that she hung up the phone and said, "You are not getting your order."

      terrible. Do not use them. THEY DO NOT SHOW UP FOR PICKUPS AND COST ME $8K ORDER CANCELLATION. They should not be in business at all if can not do their jobs

      Ward Trucking is the most unreliable form of freight there is. Based out of Altoona PA and worthless. They have a daily pickup 12 miles East of me and refuse to come down and pick me up. This has happened so many times, with me complaining and getting no where. They don't care about the small guys and will not even communicate with you why they didn't pick up. The broken reply is "They didn't have a truck in the area" Yeah just 12 miles West of me is all. Their dispatch lies, their representatives lie, heck the owners lied too! What a piece of garbage this company is. LEARN THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS MAKE YOU THE MONEY, YOU DON'T MAKE IT FOR US!!!! Would never recommend anyone use this freight line, even if you have a month to get it there, it will still be late. Bad business, bad morals, bad people.
