    I didn't know my car was involed in a lemon law case until I read about it on a social media post from this form. I filled out a questionaire and the rest was easy. I sent a few records in that I had from the car being serviced and they did the rest. Several months later I received a nice settlement check.

    I have been most pleased with the work Kimmel and Silverman has done for my issues with my vehicle. While these things do take time they were very informative as to what I could expect. I was not left hanging at any point, in fact they kept me apprised at every point of dealings with the MFR and their comments. I worked with Mr Kang, Ms Lauder and Mr Silverman, who not one could have been more nicer or respectful towards me. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them if you are having a constant issue with your vehicle, go to no one else and you will not be sorry!

    We purchased a brand new 2021 RST Tahoe in the summer of 2021. We started having issues within the first year. The cluster for the instruments were going bananas (with multiple of codes, service warnings, telling the driver to hold on to steering wheel, airbags warning, and causing the vehicle to not function properly-all electronics). The cluster was replaced 4-6 times, mechanics and the GM engineers were stump on these issues and could not fix. I, personally had enough. So I looked on google, just like you are doing now, and read about Lemon Laws Attorneys Kimmel and Silverman. They explained the process and possible outcomes. They are straightforward and will fight to win on your behalf, with no cost to you, while shifting the cost to GM. We are scheduled to receive our settlement in a few weeks. I honestly can say that I will use them every time, I purchase a new vehicle and issues like this start to arise. Also, do not let your dealership tell you different, call Kimmel and Silverman ASAP.

    They were great- Mr. Silverman and his assistant, Lauren McDonald were extremely helpful, knew the law and walked me through the whole process. Every question I had was always answered in a timely fashion. Going through the legal process is never easy or fun.But Kimmel and Silverman held my hand through out. I recommend them highly!
