    After unsuccessfully trying on my own to prove my car was a lemon, I looked online and saw an ad for www.LemonLaw.com attorneys, Kimmel
    & Silverman, who helped me win my case at no cost to me. I called them to discuss my situation and someone from their law firm got back to me immediately. Kimmel & Silverman have been around for over 30 years fighting for the consumer who cannot fight for themselves. I encourage anyone who thinks they may have a “lemon” still under manufacturer’s warranty, to go to their website.
    My only regret is not calling them sooner. They took all the pressure off of me and my family.

    I was skeptical at first and did feel this service was too good to be true; however, these fears quickly went away after my initial conversation. The extreme professionalism from Mr. Silverman, David and the rest of the team was incredible! From start to finish Mr. Silverman and his team communicated what to expect including monthly check-ins with an update on my case. The service is truly free of charge to the consumer. My expectations were beyond exceeded and I would not hesitate to recommend Kimmel & Silverman! You will not regret it!

    When I saw the Kimmel & Silverman Lemon Law commercial on the television, I decided to contact them since I had been unsuccessful for two years with many emails and letters to the car manufacturer's representatives. I was amazed that this law firm was able to secure for me a substantial offer in less than three weeks! The team of Dara, Lauren, and David worked very quickly to respond to all of my emails. I spoke directly to Robert Silverman twice and had quick replies to my emails that I sent him. There was NO COST to me for any of the work performed for me by Kimmel & Silverman's firm! I highly recommend this firm if you have a "lemon".

    Outstanding service. I had multiple conversations with Bob Silverman directly, not only the staff. First offer was received within days with final agreement reached in about two months.
