    I recently had my kitchen sink unclogged under the warranty, but I have noticed that it has become clogged again within two days. The company declined to address the issue free of charge and instead informed me that according to their company policy, blablabla...

    Called to have main unclogged they show up 10 minutes before there window ends 1 guy sat in truck for 30-45 minutes while other guy tried to use a much smaller snake then the one I had there in front of him I had 100ft electric . They try to snake same exact location as I already did then insist clog is off new 2” from kitchen and wanted to install clean out but did not have any material to do job no PVC on truck no rings to put toilets back nothing !! Then tell me they can have another guy come between 8-12 PM !! BTW iam construction super 25plus yrs experience!! I cut pipes out in basement clogg is right where the main exits the house . Plumber comes with nothing to do job ??
