      I went to pep boys in Forest Park off Harlem down the street from my job to have work done. NEEEEEVER USE THEM!!!!! My car was overheating. I paid $997.64 for a radiator. Now my car is overheating again and it's like they're trying to make it seem like its me. The girl literally said it's nothing we can do it can be the engine. LIES!! I know I have a 94 but I also know my engine is still good for another 5yrs. I had to call 1800 pep boys which is horrible as well. I waited all last night and nothing!!! Then this morning to get my car towed because it stopped on me with my kids in the car SO UNACCEPTABLE. Then in order for them to look at it again you tell me that tech is on vacation. OK, so who's covering him while he's out. It was just a bunch of excuses. If it were them they would feel the same way. I'm like is it the thermostat? We can check that. No shit! Check because its no reason why I am experiencing this still after I paid you all. The even tried to pay over the phone with the manager Alex but was told No wait to make sure it's no other work needed. When I picked up my car nothing else was said to me. It's like ol girl was trying to talk all around me but baby I deal with the public as well for a leaving and they're customer service and regard for their customers is very shitty! I am pissed at the level of concern, after I chose to use your business.

      I purchased 4 new tires and 10 minutes after leaving the store on the highway, tire inflation sensors went off. My next destination was another 10 minutes away from Costco and had them fill the tires and asked if they could clean off the horrible gunk that was put all over my rims from the tire installation by Pepboys. Costco reset my tire pressure indicator and on my way home it went off again and an additional alarm went off letting me know my right rear tire was really low. When I arrived home, I found 3 of four tires were low. After a few minutes of emptying the groceries, my rear right tire was completely flat it was 7 pm by then and shops were closed. I called the 1-800 number and they mentioned it could take 1 or more business days for management to make a decision, ultimately it is in the store's hands now. Additionally, the experience while at the store was subpar. I booked an appointment ahead of time including to reserve my tires and was told I would have to wait over 2 hours regardless of an appointment and my appointment did not have my tire information. When I booked the appointment I originally wanted to book a separate day but they advised if I chose this day it was much slower and had fewer appointments. When signing the paperwork I was advised my invoice was going to be much more than I originally researched so I asked for an itemized rundown of my work order. The salesman added several services I never intended when I specifically said only tire installation and he never went over or offered the add-ons. I let him know to take them off. when the job was done and I paid for the job, I reviewed my receipt while still at the counter and noticed another service was added without my consent. I ask him to take it off and he said the lady behind me has been here longer and he needed to get her out of here and to step aside while he helps her first. Once completed the refund he was unable to give any documentation or email & advised me to take a picture.

      A week before April the 3rd of 2022 I took my vehicle to Pep Boys I had a few week they said they could fix it a week later before the 3rd they called me on April the 1st and said it was going to cost me $1,000 to fix supposedly a screw was broke on the fuel rail to hold it down to the intake manifold well I had a tow truck on it for the 3rd to pick it up tow truck driver showed up I got a phone call that Pep Boys had caught my truck on the fire they took full responsibility for it it is now July the 17th of 20 22 and I still do not have my vehicle they still have not fixed it they still have it I'm getting ready to lose my vehicle Yes adjusted has called me but now they want to settle for a very low amount for my loss wages etc you don't ever go to Pep Boys because your vehicle might get caught on fire. This is the worst experience I've ever had almost 4 months still no vehicle.

      Last couple of interactions have been complete dog shit. Takes 2 weeks to get battery replaced and they never answer the phone. Have to go in person to find out status of my vehicle. Car breaks down 1 week later battery is dead. Waiting 3 hrs for them to come tow my vehicle they cancel the tow and now I'm on the phone trying to get another tow out here. This company is really trash. I don't understand how they're still open with this shit customer service.

      I got an alignment by Pep Boys.
      Alignment was off, ABS light now is on, pulls to the right & left side, speedometer don’t rev match now. I have a 1998 528i BMW, they do not do alignment to BMW Spec correctly, they can’t do a caster adjustment with should be stated before spending a decent amount of money just for my car to be damaged. Their was only two mechanics, no mechanics are showing up to work. The mechanic I watched didn’t even rotate tires correctly with a specific device to turn off computer/ tire lights. The Mechanics here are not properly educated & don’t have hours in school for this. All they do is take a test & that’s it…get employed vehicles are damaged & not done properly at all. Front reception had attitude & didn’t want to take my vehicle when I already talked to the manager himself about my vehicle coming in, manager was like come in we will have it done…..brought my babe in nothing fixed, ABS light on, car pulls & Revs don’t match now… getting my refund tomorrow & hopefully the BBB takes Pepboys out of service for this, this can cause damaged to vehicles & killing someone for not doing there job right.

      I made a 12:00 p.m. appointment to have a car tire repaired. I waited 40 minutes my car was still sitting there nothing done. So I asked for my keys back and left. There is no point of making an appointment at this business. I could understand if it was fifteen to twenty minute wait, because things come up but 40 minutes and no one says anything to you.

      Hello Everyone: Brought my car on Jul11,2022 to check a flat tire. Found out that the repair will be 25$ just to repair a tire which I thought was a little bit much. Asked if they can do it, and person who was in charge said that "tires need to be replaced based on the gage they have...which I did not argue, so how much for 4 tires = 215$ plus installation fee. Here is the scam: ( gentlemen from China said that I need to pay in cash when they have a computer terminal inside, also the installation can be paid in credit card. Some BS excuse that they worried about fraudulent transaction.) I call on his scam, the weird part is he said that he was in charge and the guy next to him just a tech. This is blatant scam the customer to charge over 700$ in cash and the rest on the card? Please look into this. Also pointed out that thats the store policy, which is a complete lie.

      The only reason they get 1 star is because I can not rate them lower.
      Now maybe the guy at the front counter doesn't know any better but your the so called expert tech on my truck specifically needs to take a refresher. I have contacted corporate and also the main store locally. Don't tell me my vehicle does not have a dip stick and that will cost 200 dollars to check my transmission fluid. 2015 f150 eco boost platinum. It is a 19mm plug.on the right side of the transmission. You unscrew it and it is a dipstick.

      DO NOT EVER GO TO PEP BOYS! I went to both locations in Conyers, GA.. POOR communication. I had to call several times just for updates and then at the last hour they told me they needed to keep my car over night.. The latest episode came when my battery light kept coming on after I purchased a new battery from them. I'm now on my 3rd battery and its still dies.. They CLAIM the alternator was changed but I don't believe that ($500 plus for remanufactured alternator btw).. If its a battery issue then its the alternator, starter, cable connection or the battery itself. Common sense should tell a basic tech to check all three since you been under the hood before. Also since I had an extended warranty they changed out my engine and now my car idles real loud.. I was warned! I wish I had listen.
