    5/2025 We gave **** a deposit for work 3/31/25 and he did not give us a start date. We asked for our deposit of $ ****** back and he refused to give us the deposit back. As of today, we have not received our deposit. Do not use ****** Lawn and Landscaper, LLC, ******, **. He has lied to us about setting a work date and will not return our deposit.

    Dear *****,First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this situation caused you. That was never our ************* placed a deposit on 3/31/2025 for upcoming services, and we did in fact schedule your job in our system. However, due to your request to have customer notifications turned off, you unfortunately did not receive your service date notification. I now realize that this created confusion, and I genuinely regret that it led to a breakdown in communication.When we spoke, I did my best to explain how the issue occurred, but I understand that it did not bring resolution from your point of view. I'm truly sorry that the conversation became tense that was never the goal, and I wish we couldve reached a better mutual **************** clarify for the record: the service was terminated by you due to the miscommunication. As outlined in our policies, deposits in such situations are considered non-refundable unless otherwise approved on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the company. In your case, internal work had already begun including scheduling, route coordination, and resource allocation which is part of what the deposit covers.That said, we dont take customer dissatisfaction lightly. Our goal is always to serve our clients with honesty and professionalism, and I truly regret that you did not experience that the way we intended.
