    I hired a a plumbing company in September to find a potential leak. They came and failed to do their job. They stayed for 5 minutes and told us it was the flashing on the roof. I had requested they cut the wall open and told them of a bathroom that was above, the wall was ruined already as well, so cutting open the wall wasn’t an issue. When we got the wall replaced we found a seven foot crack in the sewage pipe, that they failed to find during their 5 minute stay. I was charged $100 for the 5 minutes and left with undiscovered leak.

    Our
    technician was there on September 2022 for a call that a wall was
    buckled.  Our technician did not see any visible water on the floor. 
    Our technician went upstairs and checked the bathroom.  Our technician and
    yourself went outside then and he showed you a possible problem with the
    roof.  Our technician was there for more than 5 minutes.  Our
    technician told you to have your roof checked because of the bad flashing on
    the roof before we would ripe out a wall and not find any leaks.  Our
    Company would then be liable to put a new wall on if there wasn’t any leaks in
    the wall.  Our Company was confused because you never called us back until
    February 2023.  Five months went by and you never called us.  Our
    Company tried to understand what had happened in the past five months but you
    in turn were yelling at us and threatened to put negative reviews on all social
    websites.  I am sorry that this issue could not be resolved and you felt
    it was best to put negative reviews on a lot of the websites.  Our Company
    has been in business since 1927 and we take pride in our work.  Best
    wishes.
