    COMPLETE FAILURE of a company. DO NOT USE OR DO BUSINESS WITH. On 8/1/2023 a large delivery was scheduled for 8/8/2023. We were informed to have labor on hand to receive it. I had 2 guys waiting all day for the delivery with a window of 9am - 6pm 8/8 came and went. NO CALL, NO SHOW. I had to call the next day to find out what was going on. No response. No explanation. "You now have to reschedule it" I reschedule. I ask the rep where to submit a claim for the labor cost, especially given the fact there was zero communication from the company the day of informing of the their failture/issues. Her response "you have to go to the shipper. We do not do anything like that" How on earth and WHY is the SELLER that did their job, responsible for paying me back for losses that I incurred by this third party delivery company failing to do THEIR JOB??? Moral of the story: use anybody else. This garbage company needs to go out of business and fast.

    EMERGENCY SERVICE REQUESTED AND IGNORED on 06-26-2023 , A Tforce Freight Truck struck our high voltage overhead wires and fiber cables. We had to shut down our office yesterday and are still without power. We have many witnesses and videos to support our claim. We have tried and tried to contact someone, and have not heard back from customer service since our inquiry yesterday. Our business is shut down, and this created a very hazardous situation for many. We've been trying to get in touch with someone here for over 24 hours. We are contacting the DOT for insurance info and to possibly file a claim. No one is answering the phone at their KCK *************) location. When requesting management, the phone hangs up automatically. Fire Marshal ********************************** ************ July 1st, 2023 Still no response from EVERGY or TForce Freight. . We did remove several items out of the offices, and install a car battery on the security and bought a generator for a small window unit and the company servers.

    I placed an order with ********* in April 2023, received an email on April 5, 2023 that the awning and accessories were being shipped. Received accessories but not the awning. All correspondence has been uploaded on this form. ********* advised if I want to get a refund I would have to pay for a restock which is a couple of hundred dollars. Why should I be penalized when they can't get it delivered and is it off the shelf?

    In July of 2022 I contacted *** about a shipment and they referred me to TForce Freight. I called TForce and I provided them with the exact information including weight, dimensions, and addresses for pick up and drop off of my shipment, and they provided me with a quote of $140. They told me to reference quote # *********** when I made the reservation, which I did, under reservation # ***********. At the time I offered to pay with a credit card over the phone when scheduling the pickup, but I was told that I would be billed. This shipment was for a customer, and I charged my customer based on the quote that I was given. That quote number was printed on the order that their driver signed at pickup, but there was no amount. More than a month later, I received a bill for $495.56, which was significantly higher than the agreed upon price. I immediately called their 800 number, and I was told that no one could help me there with billing. I was given the number ###-###-####, which I have called multiple times over the past few months trying to get this taken care of, but no one ever answered. I also emailed all of this information to [email protected] months ago and received no response. Today I received a call from a collections agency saying that TForce is going to escalate this if I do not immediately pay them more than $300 over the agreed upon price.

    We are an e-commerce fulfillment company and used T-force to ship our customers' products. They severely damaged several units (6 I believe) priced at over $1800. When we filed an insurance claim, they sent an adjuster that left before inspecting all of the units because they were not laid out neatly for him when he arrived. He left angry. We only received $1300 dollars back. We were out over $12000. We lost the customer. We then received a bill for over $14000. I have received bills for shipments that were not ours. We were charged for reweighing fees on some shipments. Other shipments with the exact same items were not charged reweigh fees. We sent proof and they denied there were any errors. I then had to explain to the billing department how their portal works so I could view the bills in question. It took months to get the "token" so I could look into this further. We should be compensated for the damaged products and the bill should be forgiven.

    On 11-18-22 we shipped a pallet of goodS to our customer. I got a quote from *** for $447.04. TForce Fright picked up our pallet but once we got the bill there was an extra charge of $265.00 added for extreme length. I was not told about an extra charge for and extreme length. I have requested help to resolve the matter through TForce accounting. The Accounting department just said it was an extreme length. They will not return my calls or emails. We have no problem paying the $457.64 but I would like the extra $265.00 credited off the bill.

    I was quoted $270 dollars to ship an item at 100 lbs. then when item arrived I was giving a new rate of $2,100 dollars they said it weighed 335 lbs. I called dispatch spoke to a women *************************** who had the price lowered 3 three different time to $940 then $740 then $540 after she had it re weighed at 240 lbs. but never officially fixed. The quote to release the item is still $2,100 dollars no resolve. Tracking # ********* its a portable threader that fold up and weighs 165 lbs and crate weighs 40 lbs. this is so unfair I would of never had Tforce freight as I had shipping quotes from ********* shipping company for $740. Thanks ****** I believe that the $540 is fair but was never applied. Thanks ******

    I was quoted to ship 5 boxes, less than a total of 230 lbs for the total of 5 boxes, the quote was originally 425 with 75% off since i was a first time customer, it went to 270, then i call back a few days later and now they are trying to charge me $3,700 for 5 boxes, and saying that unless i pay it in full, i cannot get my stuff when i know there is recordings of the original pricing because they tell you they are recording you in the calls, and now they are being very unprofessional and unwilling to help and are leaving me with no option but to pay the $3700 which was not the price we originally agreed on, but because i booked it over the phone, and i had no idea i needed a quote ID to assume that price would stay, and no one gave me a quote ID & i let them know this as well, and now they will not help me and say it is my fault and that i need to pay $3700 for 5 small shipping boxes, which if i had known they would charge me that i would’ve never sent my boxes with them & unfortunately these boxes contain personal information like my birth certificate records, ssn and lots of other sensitive information, i don’t know what to do and i don’t have the money to pay 3700 for 5 small boxes

    Had a package intercepted by them on August 15th, was supposed to be out for delivery. At 3pm, they updated the tracking with "trying to reach customer to schedule appointment". I called them and was on hold for 3.5 hours and no one ever picked up the phone. Their website states call to arrange an appointment, but no one ever answers...seems to fall under the Consumer Protection act with failure to provide a service that is listed. They have been holding my package for the last 2 days with no attempt to schedule a delivery, answer their phones or deliver the item.
