  I ordered a large piece of exercise equipment. TForce Freight called me a couple days later to schedule the delivery. I made sure to have PTOpaid time offas they stated they will only drop it at the curb and someone had to be available to sign for the package. I also made sure to disassemble large equipment in my current home gym to make room for this piece, as well as hired some TaskRabbit people to move the unit down a flight of stairs.The day of the delivery comes and I go to wait at my window for the truck between 10 AM and 5 PM. Come 3 PM, I was worried that I missed the day or something went wrong. So I called back the number they called me atbut no answer. No answer for two hours with over 20+ phone calls. And what is worse, is that NOBODY returned my voicemail that day or the day after. I had to call in the next day to follow up.When I called in the next day there still wasnt an answer. I went through the original vendor who was able to get through to TForce Freight. But NOBODY had an answer. Nobody knew why it wasnt delivered. Nobody can tell me where the item was. And nobody could tell me when it was going to be actually delivered. I was told REPEATEDLY that a manager/supervisor wasnt available and that I would get a call back with answers about the shipment location and what happened. No supervisor or manager ever called me. But I did have to take ANOTHER day of PTO for the re-delivery, and hire a new set of TaskRabbit people to finally accept the delivery.Two days of PTO. Two sets of Taskers. Hours of preparation. ZERO explanation from this company.I advise ALL vendors to stay away from this company, and I vow to never use this vendor again if they continue to hire TForce Freight. Absolute disgrace and completely unprofessional.

  This company purchased *** freight and our experience has not been good. We decided not to use it anymore. I used it three times and all the three times I had to dispute their bills. They give you a quote and when you receive the bill, it is always much more expensive for no reason.The last dispute took us 5 months to solve it. horrible experience. We asked them to pickup a shipment from one of our vendors. The shipment was for 222 Lbs. and when we received their bill, they said that our shipment was "re-weighted" and the new weight was 440Lbs and they wanted to charge us almost $200 more of the initial price. I had to send many emails, letters, statement from our vendor, pictures to demonstrate that the weight we had provided was correct. They denied the dispute with no proofs of the "re-weight" information.I wasted a lot of time on this. My time cost much much than the bill difference but I decided to go to the end because this company can't just charge whatever they want. Furthermore, they are much more expensive that other freight companies. If you can avoid to deal with this company, please do so. That will save you lots of headaches.

  We ordered product from ***** Soda, who used Force Freight to deliver the product in ************. They delivered the product 12 days late after numerous phone calls, delivered one of the shipments to the wrong location, and damaged a large portion of the product and tried to cover it up. It was the worst experience that I have had with a company in 30 years.
