      Used Metro Public Adjustment *** to settle 3 homeowner claims in 11 years. They knew my policy and got me paid appropriately on each claim. I was denied on my last claim and Metro Public Adjustment *** field adjuster *** ****** got the denial overturned and settled the claim for the full cost of repairs.They are the best!

      I recommended them to friends and family. They helped my dad with his claim; we didnt even know he had damage. It was very helpful to have them. My dad and stepmom got a brand new kitchen out of it.

      I had some bad damage to my house. I got a check from my insurance company that was tens of thousands of dollars less than the contractor needed to make the repairs. The contractor was helping us call the insurance company but it just wasn't going anywhere. We had been waiting for months all through the winter and we knew thinks we're getting worse because we couldn't make repairs. We called Metro and sent them some pictures. They came out and called the insurance company and made things happen. They found things beyond what the contractor did, and had a much higher estimate for the insurance company to pay. It was a relief **** finally have someone with the expertise and authority to take overnthis stressful situation for us. *** was amazing to work with!

      As a Public Adjuster with Metro Public Adjustment **** I have had the opportunity to help many clients with their Insurance claims.A particular case that really blew my mind about what we do for home and business owners is about a homeowner that had 4 feet of water in her basement, her water heater and the furnace got completly damaged and her claim got denied by the Insurance company.Her friend referred her to me and we were able to reopen the claim and got her paid for the damaged furnace and water heater, the mitigation bill, her personal properties that got damaged, and all the needed repair work that had to be done as a result of the 4-foot water in the basement.What could she have done if we did not exist?This is just one out of thousands of stories like this woman that gets taken advantage of by Insurance companies every single day.

      Working with Metro Public Adjustment has opened my eyes to the nuisances of home and business owner policies that most people overlook. In today's age of the fine print makes the difference between whether you have coverage or not. It is a great relief and comfort to have someone show me where my policy was lacking and how to improve it. One of the best things I could do to help protect my assets.
