      Metro rushed me into signing an agreement (in Sept 2022) to support insurance claims for vehicle damage to my house, and all they did thereafter was to submit their initial estimate to the insurance company and take their cut. Metro has been a nightmare to deal with! The company had not demonstrated an effective practice in negotiating with the insurance company but instead unjustifiably stalled/delayed the process; failed to demonstrate customer care; exhibited delayed and ineffective communications efforts to address the needs of the rebuild project; failed to provide revised/counter estimates with justifications, clarification, and information requested; and does not appear to be working in my favor. Based on these issues and concerns, in December 2022, I requested a cancellation and withdrawal of their services. My house repair has not even started, and Metro has already collected a hefty 25% of the claims amount paid by the insurance company. And with no further services rendered, Metro has required me to pay an additional withdrawal fee (based on their stipulated 25% rate) on the recoverable depreciation amount withheld by the insurance company. I had since requested a meeting with Metro to discuss the stipulated withdrawal fee but no response received. I subsequently sent follow-up emails and a certified mail (with delivery confirmed) to Metro; however, as at the date of this review, no response has been received regarding the contract cancellation and clarification on fee requested. Specifically, it’s past 45 days since my request to cancel/terminate the contract, and Metro has not responded or taken any action, deliberately sabotaging, and delaying the progress of my house rebuild and having a lien on my insurance claims and my mortgage company.

      Not a company that holds up to their word! It is just all talk and sales. Claim has been waiting for 137 days as of today. Can’t get any answers, so they are playing dodge ball. Avoid Metro like the plague, you will be better off.

      This is the biggest waste of time and money. When its to good to be true it is!!!! Worst mistake I have ever made in my life. $4500.00 of nothing. They came out and was right on far as getting my insurance company out. But really little time and effort I could have done that as well. So, if you are apporached by a sale person RUN RUN RUN. Just not worth the money. 35% of your total from your payment. you can do this yourself. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. So, when you write the company and adress your concerns, they let the adjuster respond. I tried to reach the adjuster a few times before I got an estimate due to concerns. NO ANSWER! But when I wanted to terminate my contract they hit you with a logg of contact made with the insurance company. Wish I would have read these reviews before. Like I said, this is by afar the dummiest thing I have ever done and experience. Had to leave a Star.
