      I hired Pgh Gas Grill - **** ******** - to try to restore a 30 year old Broilmaster gas grill that was leaking gas and had corroded burners for low efficiency. He not only did a thorough check on entire grill but all of the gas line leading from the house. The leak was pin pointed and immediately fixed. The Aged burner and briquettes were replaced. He felt confident he could replace my disgusting grates. I was beyond shocked he knew how and where he could replace parts on an obsoleted grill model over 30 years old. The labor and parts were significantly less than if I purchased a new grill. I'm also very pleased he went out of his way to work around my time frame request. It was a very pleasant experience.       Thanks so much for your review! We tell people that we are the opposite of a "big box" experience. We only carry products made in *******...we stand behind them and carry parts for the brands we carry. We always try to fix a product, if possible, instead of just selling them a new product. The brand you own is a great grill and we have many, many customers who are like you - own a grill that is over twenty years old - they are built to last...instead a rusting away in a few years. Our reputation is precious to us so we will never sell anything to anyone that we can fix instead and save the customer money.We are extremely busy at the present and we are two employees short but we are trying our best to get to everyone as quickly as possible...thanks for your patience!

      Unbelievable product and installation. Extremely professional and timely work.I highly recommend having your fireplace installed by Pittsburgh gas and grill. Looking forward to using them for my outside grill project this spring. Thank you so much ******* for answering all my questions.

      Thank-you for your review, **************! We have been under extraordinary pressure with the retirement of two long time employees and our inability, so far, to hire new workers. ******* has been working seven days a week for months to service our many great customers. As you know, we mostly work with natural gas products and we are extremely careful with every installation (customer safety is priority number one) and with identifying new employees to work for us. (I'm sure that's way more information than you were looking for but we really appreciate your taking the time to post this review!
