      After contacting dozens of appliance and gas companies over the course of a year, **** was the first to even stop over. He then, diagnosed, repaired, and explained everything on my 50+ year old natural gas grills(x2). Not only did they get it up and running, they cleaned and showed me how to diagnose issues if any came up. Would recommend to anyone who encountered natural gas grilling issues and theyll solve it.

      Original owners retired new owner was to provide ** with new grids and thermostat you can only contact him thru text which he ignores finally he made 2 appointments with ** and never showed up after 5 text messages he sends someone he didn't have the grids or the thermostat said he would clean the grill after we paid $150 and would return with parts the next day our grill which worked perfectly before did not function properly of course we sent more texts only to be ignored. This man has ruined the reputation of a once a reliable business and needs to be stopped

      *** persisted until he fixed my difficult clogged burner/tube issue on my 20 yr old grill AND he cleaned it up beautifully. I couldve bought a new grill but he gave a whole new life to my high quality PGS grill. And *** was the nicest and hard working guy. Great service!

      **** did a great job, replacing my gas grill. Was on time , efficient, had all necessary parts. ExplaIned operation of grill and cleaning operation. Price was fair and I will definitely use him again

      My gas light outside has been broken for years. **** at Pittsburgh Gas Grill was able to replace the pole and install a new BEAUTIFUL maple leaf gas fixture. The flame is back!!! They are very professional and care about their work. Id highly highly recommend this company. I will be using them to install gas logs, install an LED LIGHT on my patio and a new gas grill hooked into my gas line. Thank you **** !!!

      **** arrived on time and prepared the area near my fireplace. He inspected and made recommendations. He installed a new gas logs insert ensuring it was safe. He was professional and conscientious. I highly recommend him and his workers.
