  Over priced and under engineered. Must deal with ****************. I signed my contract for a duo lift in February 2024. Basic model Duo cost me $40,000 and construction was $20,000. They cut a hole in my ceiling for a trio lift-mistake. Yes they repaired it but that floor area upstairs is not properly supported. It makes noise when stepped on and feels like it gives with weight put on it..By September 2024 I still did not have a working elevator. Three weeks after the lift was up and running it stopped. A defective part had to be replaced. Finally in October 2024 my lift was running again. In January 2025 I left my lift two feet off the floor to avoid a heat vent and possible fire. I came back home and my lift was not working. That was my mistake. I was told that I might need a new battery. I asked for a service call but said I'd wait for a shared call out to save travel charges. 8 weeks later I still do not have a working lift. Why isn't there an easy way to recharge the battery so that I could fix the battery problem myself? Or why doesn't the battery keep a charge longer than two weeks without use? The door handle lacks good design features. It looks unfinished. I understand that it needs to be flush with the cab but it isn't easy to open the door. Guests can figure out where to open the door. Finally, the constant holding of the button to run the lift is not so easy. As I age and have reduced strength this will become much harder. I wish I had never had this installed. It is less about the lift itself and more about the price gouging and slow installation plus must rely on repair guy too much. Buyer beware.

  I love the lift but when I put the house on the market for sale, most people thought it would not look attractive in their living room. Only two prospective buyers were interested. For the two years that I used it, I was very happy. I call the company and asked for it to be removed but they never follow thru. I am elated that it was sold without removing it. I am no longer the owner as of February 14, 2025.

  We are very pleased with our Stiltz Lift! It fit perfectly into our solarium and allows me to utilize the lower level of our home. Our grown daughter was supportive of our purchase but she really made a good point when she told me that I was only able to enjoy the main level of our home without the Stiltz Lift! Our family room, exercise room and entertainment area are all in the lower level and the Stiltz Lift has allowed me to enjoy entertaining like I had done before I had mobility issues! I owe Stiltz for giving a huge part of my life back to me!! It is such a great product and the service and support that we had been provided has been exceptional, both from the local dealer as well as from the company. I checked with other companies about their products and pricing, but Stiltz was by far the best deal! I HIGHLY recommend the Stiltz Lift! Don't hesitate to purchase it right away so that you, too, can begin enjoying your home again!

  I purchased the Stiltz Trio Alta, installed 2021. There were some minor install issues, but not an issue, as this is normal whenever one is doing an improvement. Any concern immediately resolved. I chose not to submit a review until I had it for a while and now it is 2024. I like Stiltz Trio Alta very much, most people coming into my home don't notice that I have an elevator, the positioning of the two supports coincide with my back deck door so it disappears. It operates very well. I encountered one issue.I called Stiltz main office concerned that it was a major problem, I then spoke with Customer Assistance, and then to the installer EZ Living Concepts. Each person was wonderful, I wasn't on line long, everyone was helpful, I was given the opportunity to explain my concern, a service person was dispatched the next business day, The issue was not the elevator, it was me, duh, I needed to change the remote battery, which I didn't think to do so now I have it on my schedule, because at age 70 I don't remember what I did five minutes ago, let alone what I need to do a year from now. LOL.I highly recommend Stiltz to anyone looking for an elevator, I did my research. I purchased it because of spouse had ALS, now it is me and it is an important asset to have not only because I am getting old, but to send things up and down that are just too heavy to carry.Highly recommend, thank you Stiltz Team!

  Elevator works great. We installed it primarily for my husband's use. We gave been extremely happy to have it. My husband was disabled, using a wheelchair exclusively for the last year of his life. I use it to take laundry down to laundry and, of course, a reverse trip. The team that installed the elevator was a little careless. They threw away the hardwood floor sections I wanted to keep. Also, some of the finishing was sloppy.

  Great product. Local dealer/installer leaves much to be desired, however. Factory seems unwilling to intercede with dealer. Dealer ownership is difficult or impossible to connect with.

  Stiltz Home Elevators was a God send for my wife and me. We are both in our 70's, living in a bi-level home that we love. Both my knees are bone on bone, but surgery is out because of other health problems. My wife has had a ********************** in both legs within in the last two years. Without our elevator I never would have gotten her into the house without help. My man cave is in the lower level, but I eat and sleep upstairs and my knees do not appreciate stairs. We considered a stair lift, but it would have cost as much or more and interfered with getting appliances or furniture into the house.We had a problem shortly after installation and service responded almost immediately and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. During installation, Stiltz worked well with my carpentry contractor to assure ease of installation and a prefect job.

  Absolutely fantastic experience using this company. The product, my new stilts lift for three people has gotten me through two spine fusion surgeries and has been perfect. I cannot say enough about the customer service experience I have received and only support them when new potential customers want to see the lift in action. Dr. ***** and ********** ********.
