    We love our lift. It always works and hoists me up. My beloved wife uses it to lift laundry to our upstairs or for storage boxes. Small children ride a bit. It has made our lives SO MUCH EASIER and we can stay in our home. No regrets. Bless the great installers and the quality of the workmanship and people.

    We couldn’t be more pleased! The only access to our attic was by ladder and that was getting increasingly challenging as we got older. We looked into residential elevators, interviewed three companies, and had a higher comfort level with the features and cost of the Stiltz products. We are in our 80s and have had the elevator in use for over a year. Our ladder climbing days are thankfully behind us. Thank you Stiltz!

    As a licensed architect, I researched numerous brands and settled on the Stiltz because of its sleek contemporary appearance and affordability. Since it is self supporting, we saved on the cost to build elevator shaft & walls. Very pleased with the installation crew who made a special trip back to make one adjustment. Thanks.

    We were looking for a home lift so we could safely age in place. The sleek, unique design of the Stiltz home lift initially caught our attention. After comparisons with many other brands, Stiltz always came out on top. Communications with Stiltz in Pennsylvania, via email or phone, have always been timely as well as most helpful. The fact that they sent an installer/trainer to Massachusetts (MA) to assist & supervise our install, one of the first in MA, was most reassuring. Staff at Stiltz are true professionals, taking care and pride to provide the best service possible. It has taken many months for the State of MA to approve Stiltz. It definitely has been worth the wait. Going up!

    Deciding that I wanted an option for the stairs (after I broke my foot) I researched and found Stiltz Home Lift which was perfect. It is more of a lift than a traditional elevator and priced within more budgets than a traditional elevator. It has a small footprint and my model is all plexiglass which is wonderful. It is perfect for my needs. I dealt specifically with the installer and they were great to work with and very professional. If one needed an elevator for wheelchair use, there is a small hump to enter and not flat to the floor for entry. It would take some strength to roll onto the lift in a wheelchair. I am very happy with my purchase and the company that installed it.

    We love our Stilts Lift. When we thought about the stairs in our home, we knew some day they would be a problem, we thought of downsizing, but we love our house and our neighborhood. We decided to age in place and looked into elevators. Of the elevators we researched, the Stiltz DUO Alta was the easiest to install, least expensive and by far the most aesthetically pleasing option. The team installed the lift without a hitch. They made sure everything was up to code and inspected by the local authorities. They even came back in a month to make sure the lift was still adjusted within tolerances. Great experience, great lift, and great customer service.

    We love our new Stiltz elevator. It's very modern looking and the Duo is the right size for us. In addition to the appealing modern look, we love the fact that it's open with glass on all sides and a half door. The company is very responsive and helped explain the functions and proper use of the elevator. One negative is that you must press hard on the up/down button for the duration of use from one level to another. The button could have been more sensitive to allow less pressure while holding it in. Another negative is that there is no finish to the top of the elevator with staples visible. A cover similar to the one at the bottom should have been provided in order to give it a finished look. With our marble floor the unfinished look jumps at you. Both of these negatives should be simple to fix and do not detract from the overall satisfaction with the elevator.
