    Due to family illness, we opted to have an elevator installed instead of moving in the short term. The process did not take long and was completely handled, from permit to conclusion, by the Stiltz Company. Everyone was friendly, worked efficiently and things were kept clean and neat throughout the entire process. It was a very good experience and I would recommend it to others as a different way to stay at home as you age if you have the resources to consider this alternative.

    Our Stiltz corner glass lift is the best thing we ever did to accommodate me for knee replacements. It has allowed me full use of our home with added advantages for raising and lowering things like wash and suitcases to the different levels. The installation was seamless and there have been no problems what so ever. We love it and are so glad we did it. Kathy

    Our lift is family. Always available and no trouble of any kind. It's one of the best expenses we've made and enables us to stay inn our house. We've not had any service issues of any kind and our "Malcolm" just patiently waits and just goes up and down. Yes I'm a real customer.

    We had a lift installed in our new construction home just a little less than 2 years ago and have had nothing but problems since the install. At least 4 separate service calls for various things. Just paid almost $1000 4 months ago to have it serviced etc. and now only 4 months later, we once again are without an elevator because the latch is broken not allowing it to operate. We are in Florida and are 2 hours away from a service technician - yet another problem. If we had it to do over, we would have chosen differently. It has been nothing but a headache.

    We are very happy with the lift. It is very discrete and does not take much space. It looks good and the safety features are great. It is now very easy to move heavy luggage up and down between floors.

    Our Stiltz elevator is outstanding! Easy to use, quiet and very reliable. Our 6 year old granddaughter easily runs it. I especially like the openness of it. I give it my highest recommendation!

    Excellent elevator with very unobtrusive design. Nice safety features. The simple support system allows for compact installation. The acrylic walls keep it from overpowering the room in which it is installed. The manual needs more information for the owner. The codes displayed are not available to the owner. The new floor with the built in ramp is a good improvement. The LED lighting system is pleasant and thorough.

    Lisa D My husband and I care for his disabled sister. We found Stiltz via the internet and were first impressed with its sleek design. After purchasing our Stiltz lift and having it installed in our home, we can honestly say that it was the perfect fit for our family. My sister-in-law loves being able to go between floors with ease. It has opened up a much better quality of life for her. We were quite happy with all the people who helped along the way, as well, from the sales team to the installation crew. When we have friends visit they are impressed not only with its sleek design, but with how quiet it is and the ease of operation. Thank you Stiltz!
