    I have been trying to support this company since 2019, but unfortunately the owner still has not resolved their abhorrent shipping time frames nor really focused on decent customer service. While I love the products overall (when I actually receive them), her practice is completely unacceptable. I places two separate orders on May 22, 2023 (received but extremely delayed) and June 1, 2023. Once both orders were out the 2-4 week shipping time frame I contacted the company via email first and then ********* when I received no response. The owner made an ** post about no power or something of the sort so they were down. Honestly it's always excuse after excuse with SheaSheaBakery. There is not transparency nor efficient communication. I finally received my May 22 order on July 8th, however I still have not received the second order after several emails. I get a response with the same generic response that lets me know she did not even really read my email. At this point I am requesting a refund on shipping cost for both orders as they are not even meeting their own 2-4 week window nor prioritizing a communication plan to address their lack of tardiness or accountability. And if my second order is not shipped by 7/72023, I need the whole June 1 order refunded immediately.

    I made this purchase on 04/29/2023. When you complete the order it states it will arrive in 5-7 business days which would have been 05/09/2023 before Mothers Day. I went onto the FAQ on the website and it gives the long spiel about taking 14 business to process due to delays with COVID-19 which would put the shipping date at 5/18/2023. I reached out to the business on 5/15/2023 stating would not be arriving in time for Mothers Day but if I could get a status update. To which I received a response back on 5/15/2023 verifying my address stating that it was being prepared for shipping. I then emailed on 05/31/2023 as I had waited the 3-5 business days on the tracking email for the tracking number to update and it was just showing shipment label created and I was inquiring a this point for a refund as we had went into a month of me not receiving the order. I received a response the same day 05/31/2023 stating I would receive the package at the end of the week if I don't want it refuse delivery and it will be sent back to the business. The end of the week came and went the tracking is still showing a pre-shipment label created on 05/25/2023 I even contacted USPS and was advised that there wasn't a package received only a label created. We are now at 06/06/2023 so I emailed the business to let them know what my next steps were and proceeded to file this complaint and will open a dispute with my bank if need be with the same information provided here. I have ordered from here previously back when I lived on ****** *** Royal Oak, MI ***** and decided to order again now for my mother as she used to love the products. I will never order again as COVID-19 is no longer an excuse and I've been given the run around. To someone else 93 is not anything to cry about but in this day and age every dime counts. I refuse to have my money essentially taken to not receive goods.

    I placed my first order with SheaMakery on 4/3/23. I’m the FAQs on their website, the shipping was stated for between 7 and 14 business days. It is now 5/2/23. They sent a email on 4/25/23 that stated they would send my items the same week of 4/25/23. The USPS tracking number that they sent me still has a the same status created on 4/25/23, which is “Pre-shipment info sent USPS awaits item.” I emailed them again today and I have not received a response. On their website they are constantly having sales and new item promotions and yet they haven’t shipped out my order and I’m sure I’m not the only one. At this point I want a full refund since shipping out my order is obviously too much for them to handle. I wish I did more research on this company since they apparently NEEDED a GoFundMe a little over a year ago. My order total is $90.94. Refund me ASAP.

    I ordered from his company on March 19th and haven't heard anything from the company since. Now its showing that the shop is currently unavailable. This is definitely a fraudulent business and I want my money back.
