    They had an insane sale one year and everything was super cheap so I bought a ton of stuff. I wanted so many cute things and loved that I got huge discount. But then an entire year went by without them responding to emails about where on earth my order was. ********** they responded and refunded. I would have rather have just received the items I paid for ?? But nah. Dont buy from this ************

    Highly disappointed in this company. I ordered a "Confetti cake" scented body butter and "vanilla cake mix" scented body spritz, not only did it take well over a month to receive my order even though I had paid extra for "standard" shipping, they smelled nothing of vanilla. They both had a head-achingly strong maple syrup scent, no hints of vanilla. The body butter was nothing like I see on social media, they advertise it as being silky/smooth but mine was halfway filled and solid with chunks of un-whipped butter still in it. The worst part was the MULTIPLE hairs I found in the bottom of the container. I emailed customer service with photos and was told i'd received a replacement in 2-3 business days, but it's been nearly a month and I still haven't received it. I had high hopes and have been following them on social media for awhile and was excited to finally try the products but was let down..

    Ordered, no packages received and company ignoring concerns. Shipping states 5-10 days on the public website, it’s been well over that time period and they have yet to respond. They responded with “your package will be sent in 1-2 days with USPS, we are sorry, the last two weeks our team has been out because of the flu, yet that was weeks ago, and USPS stated they haven’t received a package. The company number doesn’t work.
