This morning, 10/31/2024, I called this location and asked if they could change my spark plugs, the manager spoke to the tech and said "he can't do it"!? I told him, your company is an automotive service and your telling me that your "tech" can't put spark plugs in a car??? What kind of automotive service cannot put spark plugs in a vehicle. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS *********** your research before dealing with ** tires? This isn't the first time I've had issues with them

Manager is an Air Head. ( Leesport shop) I bought 4 tires with balance on a Friday morning. Charge to my credit card $550.92 Appointment was made to do the work the next day on Saturday at 11:30 AM. Later in the day, around 5:00PM., the Manager lady called me to tell me my tires are there and ready to be installed. I said "great." She said if I come over there at 8:00 AM when they first open, my tires will be done first. Went there Saturday morning around 7:45 and waited until about 8:05 when someone opened the door. Told the manager who we were, and she said, "Oh, I'm sorry, but your tires aren't here." Well then why did you call us to be here ? Where are the tires? She said, "I don't know, they should have been delivered last night, but you can come back on Monday, they should be here by then, or if not, you can stop back NEXT Saturday," ??????????I went home and made other arrangements with another company who did the tires an hour later. I called back to the manager lady and told her to cancel my order and reimburse my credit card. She said OK.Five days later my credit card account still showed the $550.92 charge. This took 2 more phone calls to find out she couldn't find or didn't have my card information and had to give it to her over again. This was my first time dealing with ** Tires and will be my last.

I went to CJs Tire in Limerick. I had an 0800 appointment and arrive at 0755 but had to wait for two other individuals before I was seen.

I went for an alignment. Over $500 for front brake pads and rotors.

I was told that I needed new rack and pinion tie rods. I was quoted $1300. I had the car inspected by someone else and they said the boot was leaking, but that both tie rods were fine. They are just trying to get work at the consumer's expense that is not necessary.

I do not recommend that anyone do business with them.

Absolutely horrible repair shop, do not take your vehicle here if you care about it. I took my classic almost mint condition pontiac sunfire in for simple basic repairs (motor and transmission mount replacement) the mechanic in charge of doing the repairs to my vehicle took an acetylene torch to the engine bay to remove a transmission mount when they had Absolutely no reason nor justification for using a high heat torch in the engine compartment. They burnt/torched the battery/main wiring harness/transmission shifting component's/and the cv axel boot which then caused the axel to need replacement. Once they replaced the axel my car now makes a horrible metallic clunking sound on the transmission side of the axel that was replaced, they tried telling me multiple times that they cant even hear the noise. I took a video of it for legal purposes moving forward and its 110% clearly noticeable. My car had only around 69,000 miles before they touched it for repairs of simple motor/transmission mounts and that started the long painful road that I've been on back and forth with them, they are a bad business who mentioned they fired all the mechanics especially the 1 who originally damaged my vehicle. They've have also had me drop my car off on many many many occasions which in total equate to about 1-1.5 months all the while we have 5 kids and my wife and I couldn't make it to work and I let them know and they did nothing. After months and months and months of taking the car back there being promised it would be figured out and repaired properly, I'm still stuck with all the original issues and in fact they've created new issues 3 of the times the car was dropped off to be fixed. My car is by no means now safe for me and my family nor have I been treated like a valued customer. I also serviced their lot in winter because I'm a contractor and they've personally admitted to me that their company has a ton of internal issues and now I know why. I'll be suing as next step.
