      *******. Trying to collect a nonexistent debt from 17 years ago. These people are just crooks and scammers.

      AR recourses refused to give me an address or phone number to the agency they bought the debt from. I had no idea of knowing who the debt even came from. They are also very rude. I asked them to send me an itemized bill, and they refused. It is AR resources responsibility to reach back out to the agency to get that information. They were not able to give me any information so how was I supposed to know the debt is legit and not a scam?This agency is very shady. They call everyday but the phone only rings once then it goes to voicemail and it's an automated voicemail. They asked me to confirm my address and telephone number. They should already know this information if they are legitimate. They are hassling me to pay me a debt they cannot even prove I have. I do not believe their practices are even legal. I was eventually able to get into contact with the doctor's office. The doctor's office never even billed my health insurance. I called my health insurance company, and they have no records of any bill being sent to them by the doctor's office. I never once received a bill in the mail, nor did I ever receive a debt collections notice. This debt is not my responsibility to pay, I have health insurance, they just chose not to send the bill to my insurance company, and it was unfairly sent to a debt collector.

      Shady Debt collection agency. Wanted me to pay on a debt without evidence from **************************************************************************** has a 10 year statue of limitations, the response I got was them telling me they are going to call me daily until I agree to pay.

      I received a call asking to confirm my social which I didn’t and my address. When I asked what this debt was in regards to they couldn’t tell me what it was for. The gentlemen said it could be for multiple things. They wanted me to pay them before releasing my records for what this debt was for. My husband received a call from them as well letting me know they were going to have someone show up at my home between 3-5 to serve me papers. See below. hello this message is solely intended for Victoria . My name is Gloria . I'm an independent carrier and I've been with delivering certified documents . Attached to your name and your Social Security number . I'm scheduled to arrive at your residence or your place of employment tomorrow . March March 12 between 3 and 5 PM if I'm unable to reach you at either of these locations this will be documented as the direct refusal to sign in the proceedings will continue without you if you have any…” I work within the court and local government sector and I researched if there was any judgement against there was none. The fact that they aren’t accredited with the BBB should be a heads up alone.

      This company is continually contacting me attempting to collect $750 for an account that is pd and closed almost two years ago. I confirmed with my hospital's billing department and have all my documentation. This collection is totally fraudulent and the woman who is contacting me is very rude and unprofessional, trying to "confirm" my personal data including my SSN. Do not pay them!

      I’ve had a payment plan since Jan 2023 on auto debt for $25 a month and they still sent me to collections and no one in this office can explain to me why it was sent to collections. I have funds, I have a cc that doesn’t expire until 9/24 and called on 12/12 for a balance and the agent Bernedine didnt say anything to me about anything or problems with my account! She then gives me heat and talks me like I was a piece of crap and has audacity to get mad and says I don’t let her speak! Then Rob has the same attitude and doesn’t do anything to help or to figure out my problem! They people are rude and arrogant and not willing to help anyone! Check your business and know that with a better approach you can gain more!

      Calls me about 3-4 times a day. I know they are a debt collection company but they will not stop harassing me and leaving voicemails

      Not sure how this company is legit. They sent a collections letter 4 months after the initial claimed visit the bill is for. Whatever bill they are claiming I owe has never been received previous to their letter, even though all my other bills have been received. Sketchy. In addition, when I called to request more informatio, not only are they rude, but they would not give me detailed billing for the said visit nor the phone number for the company that they are collecting for, they want me to pay blindly. This is not professional and doesn't seem legal either. How are they not an accredited business if they are legit? I need to see a real bill, a detailed bill showing how much my insurance paid, etc!
