I have requested debt validation from ** Recourses many times and it has never been provided. Its being reported across the credit reporting agencies differently. By law when a consumer asks a collector to validate a debt they must validate the debt or remove it. I don't believe this alleged debt is accurate or they don't have the legal right to collect.. I filed a report with the *** and the **** because this has hindered me from growing financially. I need complete validation of the debt from start to finish. Date, amounts, interest, chain of ownership, default date, everything! As well as ******** How, and When It Was Verified with contact info. I requested a debt validation letter through the mail on 10/05/2024 to the agency. I asked for validation of the account that is on my credit report, and I asked to receive a response within 30 days. I asked for all of the SPECIFIC PERSONAL information that was given to the agency from the hospital/doctor office when processing this information. I also requested that if I did not receive a response within 30 days of the requested information then to remove it from my credit report and to also STOP reporting. AR resources keeps calling about a charge for an ER visit 2 years ago that was paid in full to the hospital directly. Being that the charge is over $300 Im in no financial position to fork over that amount without proving I havent already paid the hospital. I asked to file a dispute and after telling me theyll send the itemized list just hung up the phone on me. They didnt even send the notice to my current residence because theyre so behind on the facts with this case. By 2 years. Someone didnt account correctly and now my credit is suffering? I don't know of any money owed when they call they never state any amount or whomever is attempting to collect this debt.They call 5 or 6 times a day concerning this debt that I'm truly not aware of and I don't have knowledge of. l now feel like I'm being harassed and I wish these calls would stop. I don't have a problem with paying a debt if I owed a debt but this debt they are trying to collect I know nothing of it and again they never state an amount or to whom it is owed. A/R Services has been calling me several times a day for months, leaving ambiguous voicemails about money owed. Worried about possible fraud, I called them yesterday; The agent told me to stop with the attitude and hung up on me. I called back and another agent told me it was from a company (that I have never heard of) for $500, from 2019. This is not mine. I have good credit and this is not listed on my credit report. Also, I have never received anything in writing. I asked them to send me something in writing so I could review it and that agent also hung up on me.
