      I ordered a bargain pack of word find books. They shipped 2 boxes, 1 word find and 1 crossword. I contacted them about the error. To make a long story short, they are calling me a liar. Said I ordered both, and if I wanted a refund, I would have to pay shipping for the return. They just added another order and charged me without permission. This is fraud and I will never order from them again.

      I ordered a sudoku bargain pack and it was a great value. The website says 5-7 weeks for delivery but mine arrived in three weeks.

      November 18th 2022 check for 9 Easy Crosswords was credited to my account. So in December I expected to see a crossword magazine in my mailbox.
      Called the company in January and they said that the Christmas rush must have delayed the magazine. They said they would give me a an extra magazine.
      In February I called again reporting no magazines. They said they were having printing problems but I should get my first issue in a few days. March , no crosswords.
      Next call will be return my money!

      I ordered a word search for my mom Oct 15 and was charged the next day, she still hasn’t received her first issue and when I called two days ago they are saying she won’t receive her first one until 04/30/23 so six months later they say she will get something paid for far prior to that. No communication from this crap company to advise us of this delay she has been looking forward to it!! Such disgusting business ethics. I asked to speak to a supervisor and of course got put on hold for 10 minutes to have same person come back on the line stating no supervisor is available that they will escalate my concerns(sure you will) apparently this company can’t produce what they sell nor communicate with the customer.

      I ordered horoscope guide and sent them a check for 16.00 on 6-1 22 and have never received one issue. I have called and they promised it’s on it way then asked me to send proof of payment which I sent a copy of the canceled check on 10-6-22 and still no issue. I called 12-6-22 and they said it’s on its way. Still nothing… I asked for a refund and still nothing.
