This is my second time ordering and so far all has been good. The price was slightly higher than some others but with the rewards it takes more off.

This web page is Terrible for not saying nothing worse but this has been my most horrible experience i had will not recommend this web page they will come back with higher prices all the time they just keep charging your card like if money grows on trees so disappointing. please do not order,they never respect the price and also take way to loong about 5 weeks thats if you dont get an email saying your price is higher everytime you talk to them. Iwill like to leave -0 stars its not right what they do to customers and they dont care.WebEyeCare, Inc.

We do apologize for your less-than-ideal experience. Typically with a subscription, unless it is requested to be canceled, we will continue shipments as requested. It seems your prescription is for a made-to-order lens which can take 5 to 7 weeks to be made and ship per the manufacturer. We do hope you give us a shot in the future.Review fromAdina B

Horrible experience. I am out roughly $200. I just got off the phone with my Doctor's office and confirmed that the prescription for my right of total 30 was for a base of 8.6 and the left for a base of 8.4. Webeyecare is telling me that total 30 eye contacts are not made with a 8.6 base at all and that is incorrect. They filled it and now I can not see out of the right eye the way they sent it.
I am at a loss totally. My money was taken and I do not have a contact that I can see out of without feeling dizzy. This could cause me to fall. The doctor's office confirmed Total 30 absolutely comes in 8.6 base because they order them all the time. Andy and Mark and Webeyecare only wanted to blame the doctor and tell me the opposite of what the doctor's office is stating. TOTAL DISAPPOINT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company.WebEyeCare, Inc.

We do apologize for any inconvenience, however, the contact lens in question is only made in the BC 8.4 as per the manufacturer's website.
We did also confirm with Sabrina at your doctor's office that the original prescription showing an 8.6 base curve was a clerical error. They informed us an updated Rx was available for you reflecting that.
