    Steve was absolutely phenomenal. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and pointed out all the trouble spots in my system (and what they mean). He patiently answered my questions and left me feeing better educated/less anxious. He was personable and on time. I would gladly have him as my technician again. But in all the years (15) I've done business with Henderson (not Horizon), I've had absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend them.

    Anthony was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable about our system. Trouble shot our air conditioner, found problem right away and went extra mile, to get fan motor to repair our air, excellent job, well done!

    This company took advantage of my ignorance about plumbing. When my toilet leaked from the bottom, I called Henderson. They came out the next day and told me that they would have to replace the wax ring and quoted me $450. Not knowing how big of a job it was I agreed. (Of course, the plumber first tried to convince me to buy a whole new toilet for $650. When I asked if there was anything wrong with my current toilet besides the wax ring, he admitted that I don’t actually need a new toilet.) Anyway, he replaced the wax ring as requested, but it took all of 30 minutes. When I asked around what other companies charge for this service, I was told between $85-150. The fact that Henderson charged three times the going rate is appalling. I have called customer service numerous times to complain, but they keep saying the customer relations person will call me back and she doesn’t. Don’t trust this company, especially if you don’t know what the going rates should be.
