    I wish I can give Eagle Village Resort zero stars. I'm a owner and made arrangements to stay on property. I had two deaths in family within 4 days. I've been on property since 3/27/2024. ********* manager made arrangements were I was paying monthly. It was so much corruption going on , Owner terminated numerous employees. I haven't had electricity, heat, or water for numerous months causing extreme damage to my family physical, mental, emotional health. The new owners haven't complied with these horrible conditions. Who stay somewhere without water, to bathe and cooking etc. My food went bad in refigerstor and freezer. This unacceptable. I've been in compliance with the agreement with *********, but new owner keep making excuses about the water etc. Please I need support from other owners please advise me. I need everyone to pray for my family keep us in your thoughts and prayers. If anyone want to help out donate anything to help with lawyer fees etc. Please donate to $Bigbarbara1111. If you can't donate just pray for us during this difficult time in our life. Would be very much appreciated. Thanks a million in advance. I need to fight for justice. Thank you. *******

    I have been an owner since 2002 .. and my visits to Eagle Village over the past 10 years have been a big disappointment. Many of the rooms needed repairs which I reported and on next visits nothing was done. My week is in October and another issue was the rooms filled with lady bugs .. after complaining every year the brushed it off as its a seasonal issue. I have been leaving messages since December 2023 and no one has returned my calls. After reading they were cancelled by RCI and reading post they were going into bankruptcy I did not send my 2024 dues and they sent my name to a collection agency. What is going on there ???? I cant get any answer and now I have a ******************* on my credit history. Can some one HELP ME ???

    I am submitting this complaint to bring to your attention the unsatisfactory service and unfulfilled promises made by Eagle Village Resort concerning our timeshare agreement. My family has endured significant financial strain and disappointment due to the misleading sales tactics and subpar quality of accommodations provided by Eagle Village Resort. We were initially enticed by Eagle Village Resort's offer of an affordable vacation option every 1-2 years, with the added benefit of a deeded property that we could bequeath to our daughter. However, we were never informed that the maintenance fees would increase indefinitely, which has resulted in an unbearable financial strain that was not disclosed during the sales pitch. At the sales meeting, which was prolonged and high-pressure, promises were made of year-round access to a variety of resorts. It was not mentioned that there would be additional costs to book our holidays through RCI, including exchange fees for visiting different resorts. The conditions at some of the resorts have been unacceptable, with issues such as broken amenities, uncleanliness, and a lack of promised facilities. It has drastically diminished the value and enjoyment of our vacations. Contrary to the flexibility touted by the sales team, we found ourselves having to wait longer between vacations, often 2-3 years, and having to accumulate points or purchase extra, which was not as advertised. We were not made aware of special assessments and have discovered that exiting the timeshare is nearly impossible. Attempts to offer us more points only compounded our disillusionment. We are seeking a prompt and clear termination of our timeshare contract with Eagle Village Resort. Please have someone reach out to us so we can discuss our current cancellation options, given the contents of this complaint.
